And a Very Trump-y Christmas to You, Too!

Behold, the heart of the man who Evangelical voters heralded as the long awaited king!

One thing Twitter is good for is showing the putrid heart of a fake Christian (that’s “fake,” not “baby” Christian), and Evangelicals will defend his incivility at all costs.

But he let’s us say “Merry Christmas” again!

No. The First Amendment has always allowed for you to say “Merry Christmas,” just as it allows some to be offended by that. Your job, as a Christian, is to be sensitive to that and love everybody, right where they are. Show Christ, and win over those who don’t understand the greeting.

And speaking of showing Christ, can somebody explain to me how our president retweeting an image of CNN splattered on the bottom of his shoe is showing Christ?

This comes just before the celebration of our Lord’s birth, so I want to hear all about how this, somehow, extols the Lord.

This is the second-most holy holiday for Christians. Christians played a big part in getting Trump where he is, and OH, how he has milked that. Shouldn’t we insist the season be revered and Trump’s petty rants deemed unbecoming?

Mr. Trump and his followers had better stop playing this game where they believe God favors Trump and the MAGA crew.

They’d better stop perverting the will of God by calling this unrepentant abuser “God’s man.”

Newsflash: CNN, all its employees, CEOs, and on down to the mailroom or technical staff are created in the image of an all-powerful God, and they are loved.

If Trump can’t honor the birth of Christ, the Prince of Peace for a single day, choosing instead to carry on his petty vendettas against others, then there is no Christ in him.

Isaiah 9:6 AMP – “For to us a Child shall be born, to us a Son shall be given;
And the government shall be upon His shoulder,
And His name shall be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God,
Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.”
