I’m betting they do!

Heating up the rhetoric, the attorney of President Trump’s porn star mistress, Stormy Daniels, says that when the time comes, they’ll have all the proof they need of an illicit affair.

“We have a lot of information, a lot of evidence, a lot of documents that haven’t come to light yet,” Michael Avenatti told MSNBC’s Ari Melber Monday evening. “Numerous pieces of evidence, numerous facts, and we’re not going to show our hand in the beginning weeks of any case. No good lawyer would do that. And we’re certainly not going to do it here.”

This is where I feel it necessary – call it a public service – to point out that there are some across social media spreading the hoax that in this particular interview, Avenatti said that Daniels has pictures of Trump’s penis.

It’s not true. He said no such thing.

And I don’t ever want to say that, or think of that again.

Currently, Daniels and Trump’s lawyer are locked in a legal battle.

Daniels is suing for the right to freely discuss the 2006 affair she had with Trump, claiming that Cohen broke a 2016 nondisclosure agreement when he chose to talk about the $130,000 payoff.

Cohen suggested the money came from his own pocket. The reality is he set up a limited liability company to transfer money to Daniels’ then-lawyer.

Cohen and Trump are likewise suing Daniels to keep her from telling her story on “60 Minutes.” They’re suing for an exorbitant $20 million, claiming Daniels has violated the nondisclosure agreement at least 20 times.
