I got the idea for this cartoon after reading RedState’s author, Sister Toldjah’s insightful post on Sept 30, 2019 After being accused of unwanted touching by yet another woman, Mr. Franken’s apology doesn’t take responsibility for what he did. It just sounds like an excuse.
