Report: Hinchey Assaults Reporter

Hinchey Doesn't Like Answering Ethics Questions

Congressman Maurice Hinchey is clearly stressed by polls showing his re-election campaign in serious trouble. How else to interpret his unhinged reaction when a reporter asked him about earmarks he secured which seem to have enriched him personally, Hinchey reportedly came unglued:

After the shooters turned off their cameras and started to break down, Hinchey made a beeline for Kemble and got in his face, according to a YNN videographer who was on the scene. The congressman poked Kemble in the chest aggressively, according to the YNN staffer.

I spoke with Kemble briefly this afternoon, and he told me Hinchey “put his hand on my throat” and then “realized what he had done and walked away.” The YNN shooter told me he did not witness this part of the altercation.

In stark contrast to Hinchey, we have no reason to think that George Phillips will assault a reporter – or sponsor earmarks that make him better off.

I have to remind myself that we’re supposed to be the crazies.
It seems that liberals[?] regard assault as a birthright, something you do to sub-humans who can’t grasp that da fedral guvmint is the voice of god.
The inner Nazi in them all keeps popping out, understand, to them this isn’t even noticeable, much less discussable.

It probably won’t matter – local media will simply bury the story unless they’ve got a video to show.

This is why it’s so important to record *everything*.

“trust but verify” has become “don’t trust, and videotape”!

It was only a few weeks ago that Rep. Bob Etheridge (D-NC) grabbed a young man by the throat for having the temerity of asking him if he supported the President’s health care agenda. It appears that assault is an acceptable Democrat campaign tactic.

Everybody should carry those little Flip Video cameras (or the like) to capture this stuff when it happens. It’s too valuable to miss!

Simple thoughts to convey here. Put your hands on me, poke me or grab my throat and it is assault. Then in self-defense, I won’t call the media or write an article. I will defend myself vigorously. A broken arm here, a broken nose there, and the next thing you know these pathetic wanna-be elitest bullies will get the message. Last time i checked self-defense while under assault is legal in all 50 states. However it could be illegal in those other 7 states Obama talks about!

Continuing to be a coward under the guise of being politically correct still leaves you to be shown as a coward.

…put your hands on me and see what happens to you.

Argue and disagree with me all you want, but if you assault me, expect me to retaliate, because I will.
