IT'S HILLARY (Of Course): Clinton Clinches Dem Race by AP Delegate Count

The AP has called the Democrat primary for Hillary Clinton tonight, saying that by their delegate count, she now has enough to clinch the nomination.

Basically, the AP counts 28 more super delegates for Hillary tonight. These super delegates commit on their own.

The campaign still plays the game with regard to tomorrow’s vote, much like the White House did earlier today, but they know the score. This statement went out from Campaign Manager Robby Mook:

“This is an important milestone, but there are six states that are voting Tuesday, with millions of people heading to the polls, and Hillary Clinton is working to earn every vote. We look forward to Tuesday night, when Hillary Clinton will clinch not only a win in the popular vote, but also the majority of pledged delegates.”

There are more reactions over at Twitchy.

Bottom line? Like we said earlier tonight: Bye-bye, Bernie.
