This is just breaking from WZZM Channel 13 in Michigan.

ST. JOSEPH, MICH. – Berrien County dispatch says shots were fired at the Berrien County Courthouse in St. Joseph just before 2:30 p.m. Monday. Michigan State Police tell WZZM 13 more than one person has been shot.

Note, that is 2:30 local time, 3:30 Eastern.
