MISTRIAL: Corruption Trial of Democrat Bob Menendez Ends With No Verdict

That’s the game, folks. The judge has declared a mistrial after the jury repeatedly returned to the courtroom deadlocked.

“I find you are unable to reach a verdict and that further deliberations would be futile and that there is no alternative but to declare a mistrial”

The judge’s statement as he ruled the jury deadlocked and declared a mistrial. Thus ends this prosecution of this Democrat senator for corruption, medicare fraud, lying, and generally being a gross jerk.

As we’ve written, the jurors were pretty sure they were hung when they returned Monday, but have been instructed twice by the judge to keep deliberating. Today that ended after each juror was interviewed in chambers.
