MEMBER DIARY

Own it.

President Obama, it’s been almost three years.  Three years since you ‘inherited the worst economy since the Great Depression.’  Three years since you busted out your ‘mop‘ to clean up this mess.  Three years since you pushed through a trillion dollar spending bill that would fix everything.

Things are not better.  They are worse.  It’s time for you to stop passing the buck, stop blaming others, stop making excuses, and accept responsibility.

Own it, Mr. President.

The Great Depression is an example of how government intervention makes problems worse. The great depression lasted for many years because of the policies of FDR. Obama is on the same path, only worse since he is a Marxist and sees profit as evil.

and in terms of acceptance, only for the imagined good do Democrats
stand up. Example, the grotesque notion of “jobs saved”.
Obama may be the biggest infant in the party, and certainly one of the dumbest. I know that’s saying a lot. The guy lives in his own dream world, protected by a media no more mature or bright then he is.

Politics is about perception. Obama will let the debt ceiling expire and blame market panic on the gop. This is axelrod.

Moving from blaming bush to blaming Congress for 2012. Shifty and smart..

Politics is about perception? Did you leave out the challenges of good governance, with a dollop of integrity, a dash of honesty, that the only thing that matters is some kind of image, however dishonest, dangerous, and for our current problems, twisted?
And then “shifty and smart”. That’s the best. Ask yourself how far these losers could go if not for a media as dishonest as they. Smart it isn’t, continually avoiding responsibility is not smart, it is craven and a lie, and in any case the last thing necessary for it is brains. I will forgo a laundry list of Obama’s ineptness and blunders, the most recent being the botching of his own birthday.
You may wish to revisit your comments, at this time our country doesn’t need a WH group and a president that is or are, “shifty and smart”.

The broken record of Obama always trying to blame his failures on Bush is getting very tired and old. The Democrats owned Congress and certainly they have forgotten it is them who are to blame. Obama always finds himself hard to blame for the failed Stimulus, the auto bailouts as according to Ron
Bloom were only to protect the Unions, sueing Boeing, attacking Arizona for trying to enforce Federal Law, and mostly his job killing Obamacare, Business is running scared now and will not hire until business can see some level of balance and certainty, Obama;s is the cause and certainly not the solution to our debt problems and really needs to listen more and talk less.

That on has been stuffed down the memory hole, Amazing how the thugs will not be blamed, held responsible, for what they did, and the whole thing is foisted off on one man. By law appropriations must be initiated in Congress, the President can propose only.
I think on the spending though we are looking at more than three $trillion since Obama slithered into office. 3$trill is about one year.

    … To own it.
This is not a ‘put-down’, it’s not a racially motivated comment, it’s not just the drivel from a ‘wing-nut conservative’.
If you’ve noticed, Barack just plain ole doesn’t know what to do.
He doesn’t know anything about foreign policy.
He doesn’t know anything about the economy.
He doesn’t know anything about the Constitution.
He doesn’t know anything about appointing people who do know something.
He doesn’t want to be ‘up-staged’ and therefore he won’t listen to ANY adviser that does know what to do.
He doesn’t have anything he believes in and sticks to his convictions about it.
He doesn’t know how to lead.
    And the list goes on.
Sure he has a college degree, in something. But exactly what good is a college degree if you haven’t learned anything while getting it?
All the broken promises he’s made shows that he is not a believer in himself or the policy he’s lied about. He is scared to make a stand because he wants to be ‘liked’ by everyone and doesn’t want to be blamed for anything.
Someone had to have told him years ago that they needed someone to ‘play the part’ and they would tell him what to do. That’s all he’s been doing.
He just wants recognition, to be someone important and a desk to prop his feet up on while he passes orders from those who direct him, down to those who are under his control.

I’ve said nothing new but I feel a lot better.
