    being a contributing factor to the crisis? At least the Community Reinvestment Act is still there, but that would be a poisoned pawn to try to repeal it, yes?

    I heard Angelidis(?) talk about the Fed not trying to restrain lending while knowing at the same time that Countrywide was commended by the government for its loan portfolio in support of the law. How many of those loans that Fannie and Freddie are trying to give back were made due to the CRA?
