    Many states have fought Obamacare by requesting waivers and flexibility on Medicaid My stte joined FL so tehre are now 26 stats a majority who want to opt out of much of OBamacare.
    US gov will send in teams to set up exchanges if states do not.

    US gov mandates expansion of Medicaid yoet states must pay often beyond our ability.

    HC reform is not so much a reform as more of the same take over of states choices of how we use our money.

    Waivers have gone to WH pal and SEIU unions to add on healty adults to Cadicallc plans. These are not the sickest or poorest consumers.

    We may need reform; we need popular input, though.
