    As cars get closer to meeting CAFE fleet standards, they emit less per mile travelled, and hence the boutique fuels designed to supress tropospheric O3 components are not as beneficial. It could allow the EPA to improve their image by declaring victory on a criterion pollutant, while it would also knock at leasr $0.10 off the price of every gallon.
