    I’ve seen this episode at least 8 times, but I still laugh till I cry. Will have to pull out the DVD again tonight. Hysterical!

    until their wings are clipped. Even domesticated turkeys can fly a little, despite their higher body mass from concentrated feeding. IDK if they could fly well enough (even with un-clipped wings) to survive a ‘turkey drop’ (I doubt it, maybe we could get ‘MythBusters to check it out? ;) ), but they are not completely flightless.

    Sorry if you knew that all ready, but I have encountered the misconception that turkeys cannot fly on numerous occasions. Wild turkeys (which are the same species), fly quite well, although they usually only make short flights to escape immediate danger.

    Looks like Barry will be off camera for awhile. November has not been a good month for him. First the black eye on the 2nd, now this…enough to make a guy pack up and leave town again.

    One of my Grandsons and I were headed for the rifle range on Wednesday when Mark Davis announced he would play the audio on his radio show. I started laughing even before Mark started the clip. The Grandson was looking at me warily.
