Denver Occupiers fail in effort to occupy BlogCon11

Nearly 200 Conservative bloggers were in the middle of a training session on data visualization when Occupy Denver launched their “surprise” effort to occupy the conference. The protest was a major fail in no small part because the Occupiers announced the “surprise” occupation attempt on Twitter.

When the Occupiers showed up they were met at the conference room door by dozens of cameras wielded by experienced bloggers.

The attempted failed occupation attempted after a brief and very one sided debate. The Occupiers were outnumbered, outclassed and totally incapable of articulating what was the point of their so-called protest. After about five minutes of chaos the Occupiers retreated from the conference facility with only one of their sorry group being arrested.

      Everyone’s got a beef about something. Take two “things” that don’t meld with each other. And throw them in a pot. Stir until both reach boiling point. Serve with crackers.

    That’s good for Team Us, and we should enjoy all the victories we get, it’s true. These darned socialist young people! When I were young, I wasn’t so stupid. I’m not sure what’s wrong with these kids who think the wold is on for them with a silver platter. They listened to much to their Socliaist in Chief! In any case, I can’t wait until we get Perry or Gingrich or Cain into our White House and let these idiot liberals never protest again (if that were possible! Stupid idiots). But yeah, if we can keep on winning these little battles against these DEADBEATS then we will have a great 2012! Unlike those darned Mayans! The only thing I’m concerned about is that we might have to vote for that RINO Romney. I don’t mind the whole weird religion thing, but I wish he was more convicted in a conservative fashion. But if he can beat Mr. Socialist Guy then I’m fine by him.

    These OWS marauders need to be shown that we conservatives are not like those guilt-ridden liberal mayors and college deans they’re used to dealing with.

    I think we should get the word out to the GOP: The next time that OWS tries to disrupt a Republican from speaking like they did to Michele Bachmann a few days ago, the GOP should be prepared to deal with it appropriately.

    We don’t need or want a repetition of 1968.
