So, Which Murderers are your Taxes Funding?

$363 million for domestic baby-killers; up to $1 billion for Palestinian baby-killers

As the budget battle rages on and as we continue to fund domestic baby-killers, do we have to fund foreign ones as well?!

For years, the left wing foreign policy establishment has rapturously promoted the ‘Palestinians’ as the cause célèbre of our national security interests.  Despite their unyielding commitment to terror, these supercilious ‘wizards of smart’ have credulously identified the creation of a ‘Palestinian’ state as the consummate solution to all geo-political problems.  They posit that upon creation of a 22nd Arab state and 2nd Palestinian state (the first being Jordon), the culture of terror would cease and we would all experience peace in our time.

Incidentally, their maniacal fixation on the Palestinians has left them stupefied and devoid of solutions regarding the broader turmoil in the Middle East.

To that end, congress has been cajoled into authorizing billions of dollars in foreign aid to the Palestinian Authority (PA).  In addition, we have equipped and trained their armed forces with the best our military has to offer.  This travesty is justified as integral to strengthening the “Palestinian people” and the “moderate PA leadership” in their alleged battle against the “extremist” Hamas.  Those of us with more than a superficial understanding of the Middle East and Islamo-fascism, have always known the PA to be indistinguishable from Hamas.  After all, the PA, otherwise known as the Fatah, was the catalyst in terror under the leadership of Yasser Arafat long before Hamas arrived on the scene.

The barbaric massacre of a family of five in northern Israel over the weekend should dispel the fallacy of the moderate Palestinian even in the eyes of their fatuous promoters.  Here are the sickening details of the massacre:

Between 22:20 and 22:30 the terrorists entered the house through the living room picture window, did not notice the 6-year-old boy sleeping on the couch and continued on to the bedroom where they slashed the throats of the father and newborn baby who were sleeping there. The mother came out of the bathroom and was stabbed on its threshold. The evidence shows that she tried to fight the terrorists.

They then slashed the throat of the 11-year old-son who was reading in bed. They did not notice the 2-year old asleep in his bed, but murdered the 3-year old with two stabs to his heart. After that, they locked the door, exited through the window and escaped.

So who committed this atrocity, Hamas?  Nope.  They always blithely claim responsibility for such attacks, yet have been silent in this instance.  Originally, the Palestinian media reported that it was Al-Aqsa Martyrs’ Brigades, the ‘uniform terrorist wing’ of the ‘suit terrorist’ Fatah/PA.  Sadly, they don’t usually lie when it pertains to seeking credit for such attacks.  However, almost two days later, Fatah’s Martyrs’ Brigades issued a denial with the following explanation reported in Y-Net News:

Al-Aqsa Martyrs’ Brigades, Fatah’s military wing, denied involvement in Friday’s terror attack in Itamar. After the “Imad Mughniyeh” cell assumed responsibility for the attack on Saturday, the organization released a statement saying that killing children is not part of their ideological views. The organization explained the late denial, saying it had to check with all of its activists in the West Bank to determine in certainty that none of them perpetrated the attack. (emphasis added)

If this weren’t so sickening, it would actually be hilarious.

Obviously, this sort of savagery is unconscionable to everyone except for the Islamist vermin.  However, equally unconscionable is the funding of the Fatah terrorists with American tax payer dollars.  Congress should move with an amendment to the Continuing Resolution (CR) to immediately cease all aid and equipment transfers to the Palestinian Authority, which is estimated at over $500 million for FY 2011.  This should be a slam dunk bi-partisan vote that even Democrats can support.  After all, this sort of murder doesn’t take place in the womb.

The Palestinian murderers cost us over $500 million annually and as much as $900 million in 2009 alone (CRS report, page 6).  That is more than the sum total of all government subsidized abortion spending, including expenditures for Planned Parenthood and Title X programs.

Is it too much to ask from our government not to fund murderers?

so we know where there hearts lie. Don’t expect an answer from them. Absent that, the rest of Leftist Nation is and will continue to be tongue tied, Big Mama doesn’t tell them what to think, the brains go into cold storage. Morals, they never had any.

It’s really naive to believe that this kind of defunding action will be a slam dunk in Congress. You know the Democrats and Palestininan lobby will trot out the moral equivalence between this and the ‘atrocities’ committed by the IDF.
My prediction is that any resolution along this line will go nowhere.

be a slam dunk, but as you so aptly observed there are many Dems who buy into the moral relativism that is so endemic of the liberal foreign policy mentality. With that said, there are a number of Democrats who claim to be as pro-Israel as Republicans. Any vote on defunding the palis would place them in a tough bind.

Why do the Jewish people support Obama???
He will side with the Muslims and assist in Israel’s existance.
Are they so self centered and safe that they will throw their brothers and sisters in Israel under the bus?
Do their liberal ideals take president over the existance of Israel.
Israel is God’s nation.Do we need another try at the extermination of the Jew’s on earth?
Wise up American Jews. You will be next if you elect this Muslim to another term.
Your people in Israel depend on you.

Also, “the Jewish people” are not a monolithic group of leftists. Ask Eric Cantor, Bill Kristol, Jonah Goldberg, Paul Wolfowitz, Dennis Prager, Ari Fleischer, Scooter Libby, Norm Coleman etc. (See also Ayn Rand, Milton Friedman, Ludwig von Mises, et al.)

So many of us naturally equate Jewish with Israel. Unfortunately, a high percentage of Jews in the US are completely assimilated and have virtually no Zionist leanings at all. In fact, many actually are antipathetic to Israel, by deeds if not also by words. A high percentage of Orthodox Jews (if not nearly all) will side with Israel, and in fact will be strongly Zionist, but the reform Jews (which is a high percentage in the US) are not very much at all. Reform Jews tend to be much more secular, sometimes New Age-y. They (Reform) may do the major Jewish holidays but more as a tradition and a ritual, than for the meaning they get from them and their real purpose, which is to better understand God and each other. Of course, these are generalizations and not necessarily accurate in specific cases.

Just like some people call themselves Christian, but they have not truly been born again. I believe that Believers must take seriously the command to pray for the peace of Jerusalem, and must do all we can to support Israel. Sadly, too many Christians believe in Replacement Theology, where the Christian Church supposedly has replaced the Jews as God’s chosen people. That is a lie straight out of the pit of Hell, as far as I’m concerned.

But I want to finish this post with one final point – this should not be a threadjack, and I have not meant to offend anyone. I was merely responding to the question of why so many Jews support Obama. If we want to go further down the discussion, it is probably better suited to a new diary.

Please don’t call Obama Muslim. He may be many things-Marxist, naive and and inexperienced amongst them-but he is a bona fide Christian. Calling him Muslim detracts from the real problems surrounding him and his presidency.

As my son remarked recently, “The real Baby Killers didn’t serve in Viet Nam.” The real irony is that these were the people protesting us all those years ago.

This is the only other place I’ve even see mention what I’ve heard about on “The Savage Nation” earlier today. Not even the Washington Times had anything about this: “The barbaric massacre of a family of five in northern Israel over the weekend should dispel the fallacy of the moderate Palestinian even in the eyes of their fatuous promoters. Here are the sickening details of the massacre:” latest example of “The Religion Of Peace”. I would gladly send them all to “Hell”, which they all think of a “Heaven”, in which it turns out that their 72 Virgins turn out to be syphilitic sheep.
