As many of you know all those in the house and senate took an oath of office, to uphold and protect our Constitution and that our Constitution is the foundation of our rights and freedom. This is our law, if you break the law most certainly we would be arrested and thrown in jail, hopefully all of you can understand we should not start making exemptions. Within our Constitution, congress is limited to particular enumerated powers and in the preamble it is clearly stated that these powers are only for the general welfare. Which means that all are equal depositors of the federal government and we must all benefit equally as this was the original intent of our Constitution. It is clarified in the MA state Constitution as, no man, nor corporation, or association of men, have any other title to obtain advantages, or particular and exclusive privileges, distinct from those of the community. Government is instituted for the common good; for the protection, safety, prosperity and happiness of the people; and not for the profit, honor, or private interest of any one man, family, or class of men.
