I caught a little bit of his interview last night on ABC and the man is totally out of his mind. His emotional state was all over the place, justifying everything stupid thing he’d ever done by saying he was “honest” and “people don’t know how to handle him” or “that’s how I roll”, etc. Good thing they had cameras on him because I was starting to fear for the safety of the interviewer.

I know he’s done some really terrible things over the years, but I just couldn’t help but feel a little sorry for him. He is severely depressed and I believe he is a classic case of someone who is manic/bi-polar/OCD or a combination of the three. His father did try an intervention with him some years ago, but it didn’t help. It really is a crying shame because he is a talented actor, but it seems that so many in this profession like him have serious mental issues. This guy needs to get some help before he kills himself or someone around him.

But first he must admit to himself that he needs help.

Therein lies his problem. He isn’t ready, yet. Let’s hope he figures it out before the drugs/alcohol kill him.
