    I know some squishes who voted for Obama. Thanks to them we will now have two fairly young extremists on the Supreme Court. While we can’t be sure McCain would have nominated a true conservative, I would have liked our chances better than what we’re dealing with now. Our best hope is that a conservative is elected in 2012 and we get to replace Ginsberg and Kennedy.

    and already it is clear to me, if our senators don’t fully expose her activist intent, they are derelict in their duties.

    Why bother reading about Kagan? All you need to know is obama picked her & Havard. If you haven’t figured out what’s going on by now, just move to Greece. The question is whether or not Mitch & the boys are up for a real fight.
