Join Sarah Palin & RedState: Support Karen Handel

Sarah Palin and RedState have joined together to endorse Karen Handel for Governor of Georgia.

Karen is in a nasty runoff fight with a man who has been both a Democrat and a Republican in Washington for twenty years.

Today word comes that Karen’s runoff opponent, former Congressman Nathan Deal, is under a federal investigation for his attempts to force the State of Georgia to keep business contracts with Deal’s business. It’s just another reason why supporting Karen Handel makes sense.

Georgia is expected to pick up a congressional seat in redistricting. There is a lot at stake. Republicans need to pick the best candidate for their gubernatorial nominee in Georgia.

Sarah Palin and RedState both believe that person is Karen Handel. Please support her today. She needs a lot of money for this runoff.

Karen can win. But we must help.

and will do so again in the runoff. Deal is a snake who needs his (political) head cut off.

Deal is not under, part of, or the subject of a federal investigation. You’re lying if you say otherwise.

This isn’t the first time you and the Handel campaign have been called out for making stuff up. There’s a pattern, you see.

And let’s be honest–Sarah Palin doesn’t know Karen Handel from a hole in the wall. They’ve met briefly . . . twice . . . ever. Erick arranged this endorsement. It wasn’t based on anything Handel has done in any of the three different campaigns she’s run during the last five years.

I’m uncomfortable capitalizing on that fact to justify selling one R candidate with a tainted pro-life record over another with a tainted pro-life record. It smacks uncomfortably of moral equivalence.

…You must be new to this whole internet thing bloodbuzzohio …All anyone has to do is type in a google search parameter…=”nathan deal under investigation”…….I found this one interesting….http://blogs.ajc.com/georgia_elections_news/2010/07/28/state-official-subpoenaed-over-contacts-with-nathan-deal/?cxntfid=blogs_georgia_elections_news …Deal stinks all right. assurances from his attorney not withstanding

I trust you know the difference between “had been” and “is” subject of an investigation–the former is used in the story you cite.

If you were looking for present tense, you might have gone with “Karen Handel is currently the subject of a state ethics complaint.”

Not because of abortion though, they are both good on that issue. Deal has been a great congressional leader who listens to conservatives not the party bosses. He has a very strong conservative record, and has been leading the fight against illegal immigration.

    P.S. read chesterton,

do you have a youtube account called readchesterton1?

    I hope it’s decent though.
