BREAKING: Significant Election Complaint Filed in Nevada

GREETINGS: PEOPLE KEEP TWEETING THIS STORY OUT TODAY (November 1, 2012) FOR SOME REASON. I DON’T KNOW WHY. BUT PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS STORY IS FROM 2010, AND IS NOT A 2012 CAMPAIGN STORY.

Attached is a Nevada Election Task Force complaint filed late today in Nevada by Babette Rutherford, a Nevada voter.

The complaint alleges scores of union tactics designed to undermine the integrity of the voting process and intimidate voters.

Specifically, the complaint notes that union officials are busing in union workers, leading them to the polls, deterring or preventing the union member from going to unobserved polling locations set up in Las Vegas, etc.

“The union personnel strategically position themselves at various points around the boundaries of the polling location to ensure that one or more of them are able to monitor their members’ activities at all times.”

The complaint is highly detailed and filled with eye witness accounts of union officials intimidating casino employees and directly overseeing how the union employees are attempting to vote.

    Your silence in this matter will directly imply that you condone this blatant thuggery. The people of Nevada should hang you from the top of the tallest casino in the state by your toenails until you put a stop to this.

    Democrats involved in voting scandals? naaaaaaah!
    Democrats have been known to pass out money in West Virginia along with pre-marked ballots and providing buses to the polls. In Louisiana Democrats running against one another would collect names from grave markers and register those people to vote and vote for them (thus the dead would vote). Why should we be surprised? This is another scandal in a long series and history of voting scandals. May it be shouted from the housetops.

    maybe the federal government should look into these violations of voters rights. in Nevada the ballot machines were programmed to vote for a certain party. In North Carolina the electronic voting machines were very helpful to their voters by automatically filling in the complete ballot, in favour of the democrats, who would have thought such a thing. Then there are all fraudulent absentee ballots, illegal aliens now can vote and they that do not have to be a citizen to vote here, nor even to prove they citizens with the right to vote.

    “Harry Reid claims Victory over the Tea party candidate Sharon Angle”. The scary thing is that this just might be the case. With his buddies at the SEIU helping him how can he lose. Remember that the SEIU wil be the ones that download the machines plus do we really know what the machine will tally. They maybe set already with the winning numbers and it won’t matter at all how anyone votes. I think it is time for the FBI to take over the machines and throw SEIU out fo the picture.

    is the main perf in this deal. Him and his money wil try to do anything to stop the conservatives from wining. When times are good and th economy is booming there is no need of a Union. he makes his money through SEIU or at least a portion of it. I think we all knew that the NV election would be the Next Florida . This election may be held up for months before a winner is called. this might give good old Harry a chance to do even more damage to the country. Now you do know that Schumer might take Harry’s place in the Senate and that doesn’t gie us much hope either.

    With respect to item 15, 15(a) and 15(b) is providing food in a Get Out The Vote effort is just fine and dandy, no problem, nothing to investigate (since he made that declaration before any complaints were even filed).

    More people get to see a federal government not only corrupt but selectively enforcing the laws for their own controlling parties benefit.

    When the law means nothing, everyone becomes a law unto themselves (or something like that) and that’s not a good thing for us except if the law of unintended consequences kicks in favoring “unexpected/unexpected social changes that absolutely catch the socialists off guard” etc…

    is by cheating!! This is totally disgusting, but we know it is supported by the highest office in the land. Two more years and who knows what they’ll come up with to win in 2012! But, there are more of US than there are of THEM. We have to rid ourselves of this corruption. Watch closely when you are voting!!

    We must keep her from being a victim of union thugs. Las Vegas conservatives should band together and make sure she’s safe from Reid’s goons.

    ……and it appears that the dreaded Chicago style election has now become the accepted method to steal your vote. Unions, bad…Union members…are like sheep being lead to the slaughter. I am sure they understand their jobs have become questionable if Socialism/Communism grows anymore in this nation. It is time for them to stand up and demonstrate they have a spine and can think for themselves.
    Plain to see George Soros is the puppet master that is controlling everything from the unions to the Whitehouse.
    If we can not take back our GREAT COUNTRY starting in November, our hopes for change may not be seen again in our lifetime.

    Throw the electronic machines in the garbage and replace them with easy to read paper ballots marked with a pencil. I believe it was a damn dem who came up with the voting machine idea anyway. Keep the union people out of the polling place except to vote. No coaching of the voters. I am hard core and I believe if they can’t read the ballot they don’t vote until they can. This is America and the language should be English. This may sound harsh but it is what I believe.
