    places where they burn dung for energy,a dn where no central entity is uncorrupt enough to actively set up the electric generation capacity necessary.

    I spend a lot of time in the 3rd world, and a small solar panel that would power a small hot plate, a decent fridge and maybe a cell phone would do more to help the world than for every person in the developed world to have 80squft of solar panel opn their roofs.

    They burn dung within their living spaces,a dn inhale the fumes to cook!
