The Koch Brothers Get a Death Threat

Goodness.

The Koch brothers have received a death threat from a man in California. The FBI has tracked the man down and is making his life difficult.

There’s just one problem. The death threat went to Iowa to the Koch Brothers who run an office supply store. They’re no relation to David and Charles Koch of Koch Industries.

Consider this an open thread.

is probably already pretty difficult with an IQ in the low teens.

Those executives at Koch-A-Cola better watch out as well.

  • earlgrey

I am willing. Let’s keep these lunes busy.

  • flannery

If I get a piece of the upside too. But I’m not sure that either of my brothers would be willing to help.

to even do a death threat right. Good Grief, you would think if a person knows that by writing a death threat they face serious jail time, they would take the time to make sure their threat gets to the right person.

I see this being on Americas Dumbest Criminals in the future.

Maybe this buffoon can also be charged with gross stupidity. But if it’s applied equally, we don’t have the jail space.

    Hey Erick,
Any updates to the iPhone App in the works?
It still doesn’t display the author of an article. I love the App, but it is frustrating not knowing who wrote the article you are reading. I always know Moe’s, because he signs it. Some I can figure out because of their familiar style, or if someone mentions them by name in the comments (like I just did). It does display who is making comments.
Seem like a minor fix, not a major upgrade.

    It seems to have broken.

    I’ll take a look.

Imagine how stupid this guy must feel (or at least should feel). Here he is getting at those evil Koch brothers and now not only is he caught, but he didn’t even get the right guys. Sweet.

It would be too easy to post Pres Obama’s comments on a new era of civility . . .too easy . . but this death threat person probably can’t read so he doesn’t know we are being more civil to one another since Tuscon.

Those producers of ‘Top Kochs’ should be careful, too. And those associated with the Burlington Koch Company, the Koching Channel, Kochs Brewery and Godiva Kocholates.

    Neil,
    It looks like this:

I wrote about this a while back and you answered. After that the “(null)” started showing up. I think that’s where the author name is supposed to go but the code isn’t quite working.

  • rabidf16

    Akk,
    Didn’t get the HTML right.

  • rabidf16

Well, I tried to imbed the screen shot. Can’t make the HTML work.
    Here’s a link to it.

I have the app myself and you’re right. That (null) I think is supposed to be the author. :)

It seems the Pakistani’s “demanded” we give them our drone technology…and the drones too. I just wonder why we haven’t demanded they give us Bin Laden. I guess Al Queda will have drones soon.
