    With Florida changing their primary to Jan 31, other states are going to move theirs ahead as well. Speculation is that the first primary could happen in December now.

    Already NH has moved their filing deadline to Oct 28.

    Time is rapidly running out, not only for Palin but anyone else getting in.

    Hannity is a Romney supporter from 08. He can’t help himself. Just like when he gets aggravated with those that call him a Republican, and he reminds that he is a “registered conservative.” Just like Romney.

    Erickson’s timeline is an absolute stroke of brilliance. With it, he has unified the GOP and cleared the way for Palinistas to support the RINO, er, candidate favored by the party machine and Red State. As a result, dollars will come in flowing, foot soldiers will be marching, phone banks will be manned, letters will be written to editors of newspapers and comments posted on blogs everywhere supporting the media and RINO, er GOP Elite, er RedState preferred candidate du jour. The end result will be a continuation of the status quo, er, underwhelming victory by Obama, er the continued power of the GOP Elites.

    Way to go, Eric. You sure showed that Sarah Palin to be a non-starter. Yeah, boy, did you ever show her and the Palinistas! Eric Erickson for POTUS!!

    McCain was the right candidate to face Hillary. Two near-dinosaurs with long jackets. Well calibrated. McCain was the wrong candidate to face Obama. It was a bit like watching a WWII main battle tank try to figure out how to hit a guy with a modern RPG launcher… we would have been better off with Romney, who at least had numbers-wonk hair.

    I don’t accept that Obama will be on the Dem ticket, so I want a GOP candidate who, like Reagan, can run against and crush any potential Dem candidate, and who will generate significant coattails.

    Right now, that’s Cain or Perry. Mitt “Waffles” Romney need not apply.

    Hannity mentions that he is a conservative because he wants to differentiate himself from the RINO’s and those in the GOP who think we should roll over and compromise with the Democrats. A distinction that I make myself.

    Even though I am a registered GOP, I am first and always conservative.

    BTW, Perry supported Romney in 2008.

    But that does not change the fact that Erick is attempting to harm a person who may be the nominee for our party, if there is a God. Is he going to pee up a rope if she’s the nominee? How can he support her for Prez if she’s the nominee, after this big spleen-venting?

    You know what? I’d respond to his stupidity in the same way if he was doing it against Christie, or Romney, or Perry, or Bachmann – any of the people who are possibilities to deliver us the the Marxist.

    There are important issues – actually, the survival of the American Republic is at stake, and Erick is focused like a laser on, what? Palin’s decision to run or not?

    At least he’s made his new buds at CNN proud.

    the nominee of the party, so do not worry yourself into a frenzy. There is a better chance that Iran converts into a Christian nation and disposes of all its arms all while embracing Israel as it newest best friend than there is a chance of Palin being the nominee. Know that is harsh, but your bubble is simply a dream.
