The main thing that worries me about it: Is this the first step in a dance to stack the Supreme Court after the election?

Whether the O wins or loses in November isn’t the question, what matters is will he try to stack it at his leisure over the next several years or in haste before he’s out of office next year. Either way is bad in my opinion.

If/when they throw out Obamacare will there be an attempt to destroy the Supreme Court for all intents and purposes by stacking it or using fascistic tactics against the current Judges to force them out or coerce them in the future?
