EDITOR OF REDSTATE

Katie Pavlich Takes on Fast and Furious

Our sister company Regnery Publishing (we’re both owned by Eagle Publishing, Inc.) sent me a new book to read. I am really bad these days about not reading all the books I get in — sometimes up to a dozen a week from various publishers and authors. But this one caught my eye.

Katie Pavlich, Townhall’s News Editor, has a book out entitled Fast And Furious: Barack Obama’s Bloodiest Scandal and Its Shameless Cover-Up.

I think the media has spent more time doctoring 911 calls in the Trayvon Martin matter than focusing on what has happened along the border with Mexico. There has been some coverage and it probably would not have come to light except for CBS News’s initial reporting, but the scandal — and it is a scandal — has mostly flown under the radar.

In fact, the whole war on our Southern border, the kidnappings and killings spilling over into our country, etc. really have not made major, sustained national news.

Katie Pavlich’s book, comes in at 194 pages of text, then copious end notes and indexing, provides all the background you need to know to understand what happened and what is and is not being done.

Here’s the thing — a lot of conservative activists are focused on the scandal, but many have their facts jumbled, which makes it even harder to explain just how terrible a situation it is. Katie focuses on the facts, explains what happened, and has really produced a good primer on the subject for anyone in the press or activist community who wants to understand the extent of Operation Fast and Furious.

Click here now to order a copy of the book. If you are talking about this or want to understand the scandal, you need this book.

since I need to buy a few for summer reading.

Maybe the media need to consult the Mexican government and the Federalis to determine what leads that have been ignored here in El Norte. Surely they have garnered facts and intel through sources. They spy just like us too.

She really needs more exposure. She is smart, quick witted, well-spoken, and very attractive. Her twitter feed @KatiePavlich is a must follow as well. Definitely will buy the book.

kidding of course. Along with the Martin shooting and more so here, the obscene degeneracy of the media is even more ugly. Not that it shaves a whit off their misplaced arrogance.
I wonder if Romney or whoever will surface this in the election campaign?

I have a close friend and trusted associate who earned his citizenship the correct way living in south Texas traveling occasionally back to Mexico to visit family. He returned home safely last night checking in with me stating his brother, a cattle farmer had been driven from his ranch and all of the cattle now gone.

In a perfect world we would arrest and arraign all those in charge in Washington and before their trial deliver them to the border in cuffs and hobbles turning them over for prosecution there. There have been thousands of human beings that were part of someones lives killed as a result of this unbelievable action taken by our government. Do this with no possibility of a pardon.

You are absolutely correct. This man has no business tryiing to run any department that he wants cases tried only against white people. WHAT do YOU call racist? He should have been fired long ago with the no judgement as to how to run such a department.
