Pete Davidson Tells PETA VP to 'Suck My D**k' After She Says He Should 'Adopt, Not Shop' for a Dog

For a while now the woke mob has tried to dictate every single life choice we make and force conformity with their preferences. Recently they’ve been screeching that straight people who won’t date transsexuals are somehow bigoted and hateful, and that’s given all of the leftist virtue signalers the thought that they can control even more of our life decisions and shame and bully us into doing things we don’t want to do or that might physically harm us.

As they always do, leftists are now taking that practice even further.

Actor Pete Davidson recently purchased a Cavapoo puppy from Citipups in New York City, and after an employee posted a photo of Davidson and his girlfriend at the store counter on Instagram, TMZ reported the “news.” So it’s not like Davidson was strutting around with the puppy, seeking attention. After seeing the story, Daphna Nachminovitch, the Senior VP of Cruelty Investigations at PETA (People for Ethical Treatment of Animals, not the more popular People Eating Tasty Animals) contacted TMZ to shame Davidson, saying:

“It’s tragic that Pete didn’t seek out a borough-born mutt from a city animal shelter, because a scrappy New Yorker with charm, personality, and unconventional handsomeness could have been his perfect match.

“Since shelters in New York and across the country are overflowing with homeless animals, PETA urges Pete to show some big heart energy by adopting, not shopping, in the future.”

Did you catch that slight slam on Davidson’s appearance?

We know how this is supposed to work by now. Davidson is supposed to make a contrite hostage/struggle session video and then donate a bunch of money to animal shelters. But that’s not what Davidson did, thank goodness. Davidson called PETA and left a pointed voicemail for Daphna, and that voicemail was then “leaked” to TMZ – which ran the headline, “PETE DAVIDSON LEAVES PETA UNHINGED VOICE MAIL…’F*** You, Suck My D***’

Davidson says:

“Hi, my name is Pete Davidson. This message is for Daphna. Thank you so much for making comments publicly that I didn’t adopt a dog. I just want to let you know I’m severely allergic to dogs, so I have to get a specific breed. I’m only not allergic to cavapoos and those type of dogs. And my mom’s f**king dog, who was two years old, died a week prior, and we’re all so sad, so I had to get a specific dog. So, why don’t you do your research before you f**king create news stories for people because you’re a boring, tired f**k. F**k you and suck my d**k.”

Research before speaking? What a novel concept. While the American Kennel Club categorizes Cavapoos (which are a cross between a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and a miniature or toy Poodle) as a hypoallergenic breed, they still shed and some people are allergic to them. However, Davidson would know best what type of dogs trigger his allergies and which don’t, and if he wants to buy a “designer dog” that’s up to him, not a PETA shaming campaign.

TMZ’s characterization of Davidson privately setting the record straight with PETA – going straight to the source instead of shaming them on Twitter, again, a novel concept – as “unhinged” is completely off base. Was he angry? Yes, obviously, and with good reason. PETA basically attempted to extort him and paint him as a fan of puppy mills when he was simply trying to help his mom after their dog died. Davidson’s father, a firefighter, was killed on 9/11, when Davidson was just 7 years old; his protectiveness is of his mother extremely understandable. Davidson recently shared more detail about how the family found out that his father had been killed and reflected on how it affected his mother:

“Then one night, I turned on the TV and I just saw my dad on the TV,” he said. “I was like, ‘Oh, OK.’ And they were like, these are all the firemen that are, like, dead.”

“It was weird because we didn’t know he was dead for, like, three weeks,” explained Davidson, adding, “They were finding people, you know? They were pulling people out of s—, and there was just some sort of hope. Like, it was just up and down and nobody knew how to deal with it.”

As he’s grown older, the “King of Staten Island” star is able to appreciate how 9/11 affected his mom.

“My mom was f——, like, 30 … I’m about to be — I wouldn’t know what the f— to do,” he said. “And that’s why as I get older I’m like, ‘Man, my mom was awesome. F—, she really loves me.'”

When TMZ contacted Davidson for comment on his “unhinged” voicemail, he confirmed that he was angry for the reasons we’ve theorized:

“I haven’t seen my mom and sister cry like that in over 20 years. I was trying to cheer up my family. I was already upset that the store had filmed me without my permission or acknowledgment. Then this organization (PETA) made a public example of us, making our grieving situation worse. I am upset. It was a poor choice of words. I shouldn’t have said what I said, but I am not sorry for standing up for myself and my family.”

Davidson’s explanation was not enough for PETA, it seems. They hit back with an “Actually, there’s no such thing as a hypoallergenic dog,” then issued a statement basically saying, “Sorry you lost your dog, but BEND THE KNEE.”

Our hearts go out to the Davidson family for the loss of their dog, but Pete must know in his heart that there’s no excuse for buying a dog and propping up the puppy mill industry when millions of dogs await loving homes in shelters, and we hope he’ll do the right thing and adopt next time.

“We hope he’ll do the right thing…next time” obviously means that if he doesn’t, they will again work to get their pound of flesh – or cash – from him. Hopefully he will inspire more people to fight back against these control freaks.
