As the unions’ and Democrats’ siege on the Wisconsin statehouse (to the tune of up to $7.5 million) comes to a close, their Regan MacNeil behavior slowly subsiding, the Heritage Foundation provides an excellent video explaining the whole problem with public-sector unions’ collective-bargaining scheme:
