First just a few sentences on background is needed.
Several months ago I did an expose on George Soros corrupt Secretary of State Project. After Florida SoS Katherine Harris placed GWB into the Oval Office in 2000 Soros didn’t like it much, to say it mildly, that his candidate wasn’t elected POTUS. So he started the Secretary of State Project which would back monetarily and help propel Democratic Secretaries of States into office in the states where he felt they could help his chosen candidate into office. A quote from his website:
Since we launched in the fall of 2006, we have engaged in eleven races and have backed the winning candidate in nine states, including: Ohio, Minnesota, Iowa, Oregon, New Mexico, Montana, Nevada, West Virginia and Missouri. We lost only in Michigan and Colorado (and there by a tiny margin).
Missouri SoS Robin Carnahan happens to be one of his “victories” and now she is running for US Senate there against Rep. Roy Blunt (R-MO #7). We also have the following: ActBlue is the No. 1 on-line fundraiser for Democrats and since its beginning in 2004 has raised over $141 million for Dems. The site allows one to donate to the candidate of his/her choice and is also a partner of Soros’ Secretary of State Project. In 2008 ActBlue raised $19,302 for Carnahan.
In my expose I placed Carnahan at #3 on the corrupt scale behind #2 Mark Ritchie of Minnesota, whose actions placed clown Franken in DC, and of course #1 is ACORN Queen Jennifer Brunner of Ohio. Robin’s brother is Russ Carnahan who represents Missouri #3 (St. Louis area) in DC and is probably best remembered for his “Dirty Harry” rendition:
Even I, as an amateur shooter in a millisecond glance knew either a) this picture was a fake or b) these are the stupidest people in the world. Sorry guys, couldn’t resist throwing this in here. Now back to Robin.
The Missouri GOP claims Carnahan’s has ties to ACORN and they do suggest mega-impropriety but I don’t see any real smoking gun here. However, in spite of this we have to remember that after all the huge problems in Ohio with Election 2008 and ACORN, Jennifer Brunner is still not in jail and is in fact out on the streets. There are however several undisputed facts:
2004-2008: Mindy Mazur managed Robin Carnahan’s 2004 campaign for Secretary of State. She then served as Carnahan’s Chief of Staff.
2008-2009: Mazur worked as Missouri State Director for American Votes. America Votes is a coalition of Democratic ultra-progressive organizations which include among others ACORN, AFL-CIO, AFSCME, SEIU, Move. On, NARAL, Emily’s List and NAACP Voter Action Fund.
2009-2010: Mazur is named campaign manager for Carnahan for Senate.
TODAY: Paula Hodges, Carnahan’s former Deputy Director of Policy and Government Affairs, is Political Director for America Votes–Missouri.
FYI I did download and glance at the PDF file of e-mails on the MOGOP page above and didn’t see anything remarkable. However, if any of you wanna knock yourselves out be my guest.
To bolster their claims the Missouri GOP has been running this ad:
And it is also interesting to note there was a lawsuit filed during the Bush year’s against Carnahan’s office because she wasn’t cleaning up her voter lists. The DOJ fought that case all the way to the Court of Appeals and coincidentally a couple months after Carnahan announces her US Senate run Holder drops the case. I don’t believe there are any “coincidences” in the present administration, however that is my opinion. Here is Hans Von Spakovsky of the Heritage Foundation discussing this on FoxNews:
Whatever the case may be, Missouri is a mega-important state which Conservatives cannot afford to lose. No way can we let a Soros-backed corruptocrat into the US Senate whether or not we can prove anything definitive with ACORN. Using my “Mrs. James Bond” tactics I’ve been keeping a watchful eye on Missouri and the Corrupt-One-in-Chief has called out his elite OFA forces/Hessians/Republican Democrat Guard to descend on Missouri in full force. As/of July 29 Rasmussen has Blunt up 6 points over Carnahan (49% v. 43%) however IMO we cannot take anything for granted when White House power is heavily backing this race.
And for all those who say GOP Portman is gonna win in Ohio against Fisher, Rasmussen has Ohio as a toss-up as/of August 6, which is what I’ve been saying all along. After all, #1 ACORN Queen SoS Brunner is still in charge of the election even though she lost the US Senate primary. Brunner is madder than a wounded pit bull right now and I predict she will transfer that anger to ensuring by any corrupt means Fisher gets into DC. Obama just sank $330K into Ohio and has been rolling out the troops here as well.
With all the back-room dealings and bribes going on, I wouldn’t put it past Obama or Soros to give Brunner a little “bonus” for “a job well done.” Carnahan too. He’s already paid one visit to Missouri and stumped for her. Unfortunately for us this time, it raised her numbers by a couple of points.

It was especially evident this week in the difference between the Democrat and Republican debates. And it is the most evident in how the media deal with abortion. Sen. Rubio takes them apart over it. | Read More »
Share on Facebook 1 1 SHARES What a glum, drab debate. ABC clearly tried to make all the candidates look bad, and the bad blood between the candidates left over from Iowa meant that they just did not care about showing any level of solidarity against the media, as they often do. Share on Facebook 1 1 SHARES The New Hampshire debate on ABC was an absolute ****show from start to finish. However, there were a few candidates who came across as ready to lead, and there were candidates who took this debate as merely a placeholder until South Carolina and beyond. Share on Facebook 1 1 SHARES The first half of this debate has been an absolute trainwreck. Almost everyone on the stage (with the possible exceptions of Jeb Bush and Ted Cruz) has come off as more unlikeable than they were when they started.
