Holy cow. I guess we all knew this day was coming, but who knew that it would get this nasty, this fast? Donald Trump just went on an epic twitter rant about Ted Cruz. Most of it is borderline certifiably insane, but it seems clearly designed to signal to his followers that it is NOT, in fact, okay to support Ted Cruz.

The last time Limbaugh, Levin et al noticed that Trump was heading into this territory, they fired some warning shots across Trump’s bow. It’s pretty clearly too late for that now. I wonder if they realize that they no longer have any control over the monster they have helped create.
