It’s hard to swallow. Apparently, politicians in this ‘not a Christian Country’ are going to have trouble getting any purchase with the electorate unless they cast them selves as believers. I don’t believe they are.

Obama is a Moslim. He was born and raised as one. He has spoken eloquently of the thrill he gets from reading the Koran and hearing the muezzin. He bows before the King of the Moslims, and panders to Moslims at every chance he gets. He wants to build a mosque at ground zero. Moslims become Christians at peril of their lives. Yet no Moslims are threatening him. There is no fatwah out against him. They know better. Who does he think he’s kidding?

One of the tenents of that faith is to lie and deceive non-belivers if it furthers the ends of Islam. So, saying he is a Christian to further his agenda is just what you’d expect a Moslim to do.

When did this ‘I am a Christian by choice’ take place? During 20 years of listening to hate speech from Rev. Wright? Does ‘Christian by choice’ mean ‘I’m not a baptized Christian, I just hang with Christians’? When, exactly was he baptized? Christians have to be baptized, or didn’t Rev. Wright mention that.

And further more, how does this ‘christian’ thing of Obama’s fit in with his apprioval of abortion and partial birth abortion and after the fact of birth abortion that he – and “My favorite word is ‘The Word’ ” – Nancy Pelosi love so much. They’ve never heard of an abortion they didn’t like. So, just where is the Christianity?

Rudy is campaigning for the R in Washington, but doesn’t know enough about the R in New York to expressly endorse him?

Wouldn’t Rudy’s endorsement in NY carry more weight than in Washington? Why not spend 5 minutes get up to speed, and use your NY network to help the R.

I hope there is no behind the scenes backstory to this, and that Rudy simply was a bit sloppy/careless in his answer.
