DHS Head Mayorkas Spends Taxpayer Funds to Help Ecuadorians Avoid Congressional Caps, Enter the U.S.

Of all the serial liars in the Biden administration — including Joe — Department of Homeland Security Secretary (DHS) Alejandro Mayorkas gets my vote as the hood ornament of the clown car.

Mayorkas not only smugly lies with impunity; he brazenly continues to import as many illegal aliens into the country as he can get away. And if that angers you, all the better in his arrogant mind.

The DHS announced in a statement on Wednesday that it will spend taxpayer funds to help "migrants" (would-be illegal aliens) from Ecuador evade Congress’ caps on chain migration into American communities to seek housing and jobs.

Mayorkas's quote in the announcement totally ignored the primary mission of the DHS, which is to safeguard the U.S. border:

The Family Reunification Parole process promotes family unity consistent with our laws and our values.

Establishing this process for certain Ecuadorian nationals will ensure more families can access lawful pathways rather than placing themselves at the mercy of smugglers to make the dangerous journey.

Those who do not avail themselves of family reunification parole or other lawful, safe, and orderly pathways and attempt to enter the United States unlawfully will continue to face tough consequences.

Here's a better idea, Mr. Secretary:

How about you help promote knocking off the ridiculous "asylum seekers" shell game, and also promote the safety of American citizens and their jobs and housing? Yeah, I know, DHS isn't directly responsible for the latter — I just needed to (temporarily) get it off my chest.

Incidentally, Mayorkas claimed in April 2022 that the “core founding principle” of the United States is “equity,” and that he is building an immigration system built on “equity.”

Wait, huh?

The concept of "equity" vs. equality is ridiculous enough with respect to U.S. citizens, but the delusional belief that the United States is responsible for "equity" across the globe — and funded by the U.S. taxpayers, no less — is not only delusional; it's potentially dangerous as hell.

"Irregular Migration"

The announcement reads, in part:

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) today announced a new Family Reunification Parole process for certain nationals of Ecuador, advancing the Biden-Harris Administration’s effective strategy to combine expanded lawful pathways and strengthened enforcement to reduce irregular migration.

The Family Reunification Parole processes promote family unity, and are part of the comprehensive measures announced in April by DHS and the Department of State, and are consistent with the Los Angeles Declaration on Migration and Protection’s objectives to strengthen national, regional, and hemispheric efforts to create the conditions for safe, orderly, humane, and regular migration.

The new process is for certain nationals of Ecuador whose family members are U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents and who have received approval to join their family in the United States.

Specifically, Ecuadorian nationals and their immediate family members can be considered for parole on a case-by-case basis for a period of up to three years while they wait to apply to become a lawful permanent resident.

My favorite part: "a case-by-case basis for a period of up to three years while they wait to become lawful permanent residents." Raise your hand if believe aliens flocking to America for nefarious reasons give a damn about requirements with which they have no intention of complying.

And again, why is it the job of the United States government to actively make it easier for as many illegal aliens to flock to America as possible? It isn't.

And Biden & Co. not only know it isn't; they don't give a damn if you like it or not.
