    btw, the calls cost me nothing, only my time. I certainly have time — correction: I’LL MAKE TIME — to serve my country.

    I’m also going to see what I can do to work for Chuck DeVore.

    I just signed up to make phone calls. Going to start tomorrow afternoon, sign up, at least make 5 phone calls for the cause.

    I don’t know how many calls that will total — and I hope to make more calls over the weekend, i.e., put in more time on Saturday and Sunday. Also, I’m going to volunteer for Chuck DeVore – very important, that race.

    If a lot of us put our shoulders to the wheel, WE’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE.

    Some people in Maine just put their shoulders to the wheel and oh! were they surprised by the wholly unexpected results. That’s why I keep beating my drum: “If each of us does what he or she can do, together we’ll make a difference.”

    And we will.
