FRONT PAGE CONTRIBUTOR

Jay Inslee (D, WA) uses lobbyist letter for Net Neutrality push.

I believe that the technical term for this is “Oops.”

A letter that Rep. Jay Inslee, D-Wash., is circulating on Capitol Hill expressing gushing support for FCC Chairman Julius Genachowski’s controversial proposal to subject broadband to tougher regulation wasn’t written by the congressman.

How do we know? Digital fingerprints left by the author, Ben Scott, policy director of Free Press, a media watchdog.

(H/T: Ed Driscoll) There’s just something funny about a supposed Congressional expert on net neutrality getting caught because the metadata wasn’t scrubbed. In fact, it’s almost as funny as finding out that a Democrat who bragged about fighting lobbyists has turned out to be so reliant on them to get his work done.  Mind you, Inslee is a six-term Congressman who has about as much idea at this point about how to survive in the outside world as a Pekingese would, so it’s probably not so surprising that he was given the nice piece of paper and told just to read what it said for the cameras.  Also mind you, yes, Free Press is a Soros-funded lobbying group that’s partnering with Google.

Which would be fine, except Inslee wants to pretend otherwise.

PS: Hey, Jay Inslee has a challenger!  James Watkins.  Fun fact: Inslee got thrown out of his first Congressional District in 1994.

Hint, hint.

is too long. Bye-bye mr. Congress Critter.
Getting caught with your meta data pants down is a sure sign of enduring stupidity.

Now that my jaw is off the desk, looks like the stupid faery paid a visit to Jay today.

So if people stopped using google and it’s various apps, Soros suddenly lost his money (a possibility ), what would happen to Net Neuter?

Net Neutrality really isn’t neutral, never was, never will be.

NN is like the abusive person who requires total absolute control of their environment and those within that environment.
That control will be maintained by any means necessary- Subjugation, Blackmail, Fists and oh so many unpleasant things.

I have been so frustrated with and by MY Congressman Inslee for way too long. James is a great candidate… went sign waiving with his wife and a few supporters just before the blasted healthcare bill passed. Great people. Also got to meet James at a candidate forum earlier this year. I am a supporter and can’t wait to vote for him.

56% for Kerry, and 62% for Obama.

Cook rates the electorate as D +9, and as the 115th most Democratic district in the country. That may not seem so bad, but if Republicans won every other seat less Democratic, we’d have 320 seats in the House. That’s not going to happen.

It’s the Seattle suburbs. The fact that Inslee is an idiot is probably an attribute in Starbucks land.

Making fun of Inslee isn’t going to retire him. Give James a hand. http://watkinsforcongress.com/
Send some links his way, tell your friends in WA-1, and help us get the word out!

Inslee is an entrenched incumbent with a lot of cash on hand, but James is running a great campaign. I think the biggest challenge is getting people to wake up and pay attention.

It comes with Office 2007. There are also several vendors that provide various metadata removers such as Digital Confidence ( http://www.digitalconfidence.com/ ) and PayneGroup ( http://www.payneconsulting.com/ ).
