Joe Sestak admits bribe offer.

Marvel, my friends, at the moral heroism put on display here:

If you define ‘moral heroism’ as ‘reluctantly and inarticulately admitting that one was offered a bribe by the White House, while neglecting to alert the relevant federal authorities of the alleged crime in question,’ of course. Which apparently Joe Sestak does. Watch that video to the end to see DNC chair Tim Kaine disassociate himself from this mess – and it is a mess. I’m not just saying that because I’m a Republican and the President is a Democrat. I don’t even think that the President or his senior advisers knew that Sestak was offered a job; this incident has all the hallmarks of a Executive branch staffer having an excess of enthusiasm and a deficit of awareness of federal ethics guidelines. But it doesn’t matter; and it doesn’t matter because President Obama explicitly ran on a platform of his Administration Not Being Like Other Administrations.

Guess that was a lie, then.

If Obama needs an explanation of why he can’t excape, allow me to assist, via the wisdom of a Democrat who understood how it works:

Great article from the American Thinker today:

Toomey needs to go after this guy and not let up.

Obama is too much of a control freak to allow that.

It had to be authorized by either Barry or Rahm, or no position good enough to dissuade someone from running for a Senate seat could be guaranteed.

I hope Republicans will keep Sestak’s feet to the fire until he comes clean – although it would not surprise me to see Justice open an investigation just so he has an excuse to shut up about the case. Naturally it would be quick whitewash job after the election – but the statute of limitations on bribing a federal official or offering a valuable consideration to affect a federal election won’t expire for a few more years.

And there must be confessions or indictments. If the White House pushes back, then that is tantamount to Obama himself participating in an election-related crime. Which leads to that sweet-smelling word:

    IMPEACHMENT

…the Army has a pretty simple rule for those who are responsible for Soldiers. “You are responsible for everything your men do, or fail to do.” Seems to simplify things.

I have to confess that a great deal of that is new information to me.

Repubs need to use the same bare knuckle tactics against the Dems they use against us. McCain showed being noble and above the fray will get you no where. I hope Toomey is not one of these country club Repubs who doesn’t want to get his loafers dirty.

Giving Mr. Toomey quite a bit of ammunition.

    If he uses it.

…the Obama Regime knocks The Nixon Standard to the ground with the Obama Organized Crime.
Article II, Section 4 of the US Constitution deals specifically with the grounds for impeachment:

The President, Vice President and all civil officers of the United States, shall be removed from office on impeachment for, and conviction of, treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors.

Richard Nixon did far less criminal activities than B. Hussein Obama. Rep Issa has sent numerous letters to the White House and the DOJ concerning this matter and has yet to receive an answer from anyone. Why isn’t congress looking into these impeachable Felony Charges that should be more than reason enough to impeach let alone all of the other unconstitutional actions this administration have done.

ABC, the one so called conservative (Turncoat) George Will, said that the Administrations felony bribe to Sestak did not amount to anything. George Will also joined Cokie, Sam, and Jake in the trashing of Rand Paul. George obviously thought that the propaganda MSM’s distortion of the facts were creditable, and Paul should hang his head in shame. Not one of them had any comments about Supreme Court Justice Sotomayer, actual discrimination against five Firmen, who she denied promotions in violation of their Civil Rights. George also did not mention Bluemantha,l who lied about his service record, saying that he served in Vetnam.Maybe they were afraid to mention it because it might remind the folks, that none on the panel, paid their dues to the USA, during the Vietnam War.
