I RedHotted it earlier - its basic message was "vote Democrat, or you get back George W. Bush." Seriously, that was all it was: they didn't dare put in any of their own politicians. Heck, even the guy on the assembly line apparently insisted on having his face covered. It was so bad, in fact - and so subject to gleeful mockery - that Le-gal In-sur-rec-tion just discovered that the DNC pulled the video. I guess enough people asked "Does getting Bush back mean we get 5% unemployment back, too?" to make this ad not quite the slam dunk that the Democrats had expected.
Both LI and Mediate still have copies - for now** - so check them out. In the meantime, here's a still from a different DNC's current front-page video on their YouTube channel. They think that they're saying "Rise up and vote for us, please please please..." but really:
...you know that they're saying "Brraaaaaiiiiiinnnns*."
Weren't these guys supposed to be good at communicating? - Because I'm just not feeling it, here.
*Seriously, man. 'Raise Your Vote.' And then apparently have it go off and eat the brains of the living.
**[UPDATE] Nothing ever goes away forever.
