In Memphis I say lets give Jesse Jackson jr the “Shaft”

Issac Hayes would be a real “Soul Man” from Chicago.

I might add Jerry Butler-the “Ice Man” is a Chicago office holder. “For your precious love” and “he will break your heart” would be welcome addition to the GOP pledge 2010.

JJJ was interviewed this past Friday morning on WLSam. He said that he wanted the prosecutors in the Blago trials to “Bring It On.”

I hear the prosecution has been ready to bring it for quite some time.

Then last weekend when the “social acquaintance” stuff came out, I knew the 2nd would have a brand new representative. Very happy for Isaac, could be the break he needed.

    this Isaac Hayes guy too

One thing that has struck me about West-Scott-Frazier who are up for congressional seats as republicans this time. Plus for that matter Vernon Parker from AZ & Wes Hardeman from MI these guys have been top candidates.

Which is at most an illegal campaign donation, since his donor flew her to see him.

They don’t seem all that concerned that Junior was trying his best to orchestrate a $6 million bribe to buy the open Senate seat from Blago (using none of his own money – Daddy must be soooo proud).

The crook should rot in prison for corruption, and all anybody wants to talk about is his booty call.

Why didn’t the investigation just stay open a few more days until they had the goods on him and others? Like ABSCAM in the ’70s, some people in high places were anxious NOT to see how high the trail of stench might lead, and closed it down.

that the Feds indicted Blago for trying to sell a senate seat, but didn?t indict the other side of the transaction, i.e., the person who presumably tried to buy and presumably offerred a bribe.

That?s part of the Feds? bungling that I think led to Blago mostly getting off.

    Bring it on Fitz!

more specifically I’m wondering what record was on the night he was conceived.

I think he will definitely get at least 5% of people who vote for him based on the name alone.
