Hey, guess what? The Democrats plan to focus on jobs! (Via Ace of Spades) Stop me if you’ve heard this one before… what, you have?

Well. I guess that you were. I suppose that this commentary from Joe Biden back in October 2008…

…says it all, really.

    they would not rest until they get the jobs situation under control and your post illustrates that’s true. Look how many times they focused on jobs. The problem, we conservatives understand, is not due to a LACK of focus on jobs on the Dems part, it’s because their policies kill jobs. So, Dems, PLEASE, stop focusing on jobs.

    What’s fascinating about this is that it’ll work. Oh no, not in job creation, any more then The O & Dems parting the Red Sea. No, it will work with the deranged media who will provide the required cover for this gangster mob operation, and with the untold millions of LittleLibs, who still are not aware of large objects being crammed up a particular lower body cavity. And as well the potent moron vote, the legendary “undecideds”.
    The Big Lie, what’s that about telling a lie often enough people will come to believe it?

    I’m tired of politicians lying. I’m tired of the media lying.

    If the MSM was doing their job, they’d call out the Democrats on lines like this. Instead, they’ll simply report that the Democrats are focused on jobs like it’s actual news and not just another attempt by the Democrats to change the subject.

    At some point we should quit giving the media the benefit of the doubt and just start saying it like it is: the mainstream media lies on behalf of the Democrats. They don’t stretch or shade the truth, they are deliberatly lying.

    The only problem is their aim is to destroy as many non-union private sector jobs as they can before January, 2013.

    But you can get a waiver with a targeted substantial contribution to Obama For America!

    The 47% that get those government checks take the word of Obama as gospel truth. I imagine the day when Obama is on the tarmac ready to take flight
    to some 3rd world country for refuge saying “I’m sorry, the money is gone…

    when you elect a president whose only experience is that of being a community organizer. That’s what the entire Democrat Party has become….a bunch of community organizers.

    Their mission statement is not to create jobs but instead to tell you how mistreated you are, how nobody cares about your problems, how those mean old Republicans only care about the rich, Oh, and by the way, if you can’t find a job, just sit home on your butt and we’ll give you money to live on for two years.

    As evidenced by Moe’s list of the times the Dems have said they’ll focus on jobs, it just ain’t going to happen. They don’t want you to have a job (unless it’s a govt. job). They want you on the govt. teat.

    They’re focused on making new government jobs, new union jobs (out of current non-union jobs) and taking credit for any new job created anywhere… they’re also focused on shifting the blame about lost jobs…

    I also plan on not noticing the downgrading of some previously released jobs / economics measuring numbers.

    When the government went to the paper mill and wanted the paper…who went to the logger who was supposed to bring the wood…
    Well, would the paper mill charge more on paper than the paper was worth?
    Did they have enough beer for the loggers?
    Or did the paper mill just shred the one mark notes for the presses to print thousand mark notes of them…..and hold back a few tonns as profit…
    But tragically, this appears to be where our fearless leader is taking us.

    minions decry the debt ceiling debate and claim that it took our focus away from creating jobs. Really? Because those Progressives have not been focused on creating jobs or improving the economy the entire time they have been in office. In fact, they have done everything they could to destroy the economy.

    Obama actually mentioned construction and road work jobs subsidized by the government again today. Did we not already try that with the stimulus bill, that epic failure? He keeps repeating the same idiotic talking points: ” Rich pay their fair share…, Increase tax revenue…., Shovel ready jobs… Blah, Blah, Blah, Blah.”

    Mr. President, shovel ready jobs DON’T work. Your neo-socialist ecnomic policies are and always will be a complete failure.

    When the hyperinflation finally kicked into overdrive, it was only a very short time before the entire government collapsed. It is safe to assume that they had enough paper and ink supplies on hand to cover then entire period of hyperinflation, which was only a few months.

    People will not long put up with something like that, the whole system collapsed and then Hitler was elevated from a a distasteful crank, to a supreme leader.

    who told him the Stimulus was too much and that it wasn’t focused on real job growth. As well Obama needs to know his mouth has scared industry into a holding pattern over fears of tax hikes, regulation zealotry and of course the constant attacks of the media thinking Obama going in the right direction. Analyze that dems! Less stimulus and more focus on manufacturing and service sectors would have yielded better results. Thanks to Obama, prices are higher as inflation in food and energy prices have consumed American incomes while Obama continues to say he stands for the middle class and poor.
