Chuck Schumer (D, NY): hypocrite on violent rhetoric.

Possibly a touch of sociopathy there, too - oops, am I being MEAN?

Below is a video put together by our own Ben Howe, showing what a difference that six months makes in the life of Chuck Schumer, senior Senator from New York and thoroughgoing lying hypocrite.

For those without video access: the first half shows Senator Schumer in January taking advantage of the Gabby Giffords shooting to make the pious statement “I think that violent discourse in political life, right, left or center, is wrong and should be rejected. But I do think we, as elected officials, have an obligation to try and tone that down. If we tone it down, then maybe the media will be less vociferous.”  Which is a nice sentiment: a real pity that Schumer clearly doesn’t mean a word of it, because the second half shows the aforementioned Senator and hypocrite using the bipartisan debt ceiling agreement to querulously use violent rhetoric for partisan purposes, complete with hand gestures:

It’s the issue of hostage taking. It’s as if someone puts a gun to your head and says ‘give me your money’ and then you say, ‘why won’t you give them their money?’ You leave out the whole context that there’s being a gun held to your head and that is not fair and that is not right and yet and Harry is right, we keep getting that situation… Well, the issue that is we are here today about is you cannot run government – because the other side, our side can do it too; we can each say we will hurt innocent people to get our complete way instead of sitting down and negotiating as the founding fathers intended this government to be. And for the media to say that, ‘oh, we’re ignoring the gun held to your head now, why don’t you give into them and let the thing go’ is just not fair and not right and not even handed.

Makes you wonder just how much more cloying and insincere Schumer would have been in January if that madman who went after Rep. Giffords had had slightly better aim.  Because a contrast like this makes it fairly obvious that Chuckie’s concern for Giffords begins and ends with Giffords’ utility as a mobile prop for the Democratic party apparatus that is Schumer’s true passion…

Can't watch

There are a few Democrats that I can never watch, whether from a video or live; Schumer is number one on the list, Obama is second,

Schumer also called the Boehner bill last week "dangerous"

I think what’s really dangerous is if you find yourself between Chuckie and a TV camera.

He has been the most despicable Senator for some time, at least since scumbag Teddy died. Schumer has no redeeming value whatsoever.

I am glad chuck is not my senator

No wonder why everyone is fleeing New York.

Those who had once simpered: “I don’t want to destroy the rich, I only want to seize a little of their surplus to help the poor, just a little, they’ll never miss it!” – then, later, had snapped: “The tycoons can stand being squeezed; they’ve amassed enough to last them for three generations” – then, later, had yelled: “Why should the people suffer while businessmen have reserves to last a year?” – now were screaming: “Why should we starve while some people have reserves to last a week?” – Atlas Shrugged

Schumer’s the most talented retail politician I’ve ever seen up close. He’ll never be beaten. But he doesn’t help the Dems play in Peoria, so to speak.

is the greatest invention of all time. I just cant listen to ChuckU Schumers lying jackass any time he pops up on the MSM or on C-Span.
Everything that comes out of his mouth is lies, spin, fear mongering and propoganda.

In the beginning, God created earth to be an extension of his vast Kingdom and his LOVE was so great that he wanted to share it with man, whom he created in his own image and likeness and gave him free will.
To this very principal, the Founding Fathers of our nation decreed that freedom is a God-given in-alienable right of all the people.

The most dangerous place to be is not in a crab boat off the Pribiloffs in gale force winds with no safe harbor to drop anchor in, but rather in the middle of a crowded room standing between Schumer and a camera, It is my further understanding that if you shake hands with Schumer it is like shaking hands with a greasy donut. Euchh. He is, without question, the most despicable man in Congress.

Schumer has such a long history of overblown over-the-top partisan rhetoric and complete hypocrisy going back to his days in the House, I thought it would be a rapid-fire clip-mash-up thingy.

Between Schumer, Reid, and Durbin, you have some of the most unconscionably dishonest people you would ever hope not to see in positions of public trust.

But I truly think the media treatment of this, compared with their haughty morality lectures in the aftermath of the Tuscon atrocity, combined with their shameless portrayal of the debt ceiling process as one in which the President was the leader trying to save the country, have only further undermined their falling credibility.

The American public isn’t stupid; it is just a little slow on the uptake sometimes.

I wouldn't even say *that*.

. . . calling these people Democrats? They are Communists, of one variety or another.

The sooner the American drones get it in their heads that Schumer and his colleagues spit on our Constitution as a matter of course, the sooner they’ll awaken to the dangers we face.

The good people of America are termed “extremists” and “terrorists.” And why is that? Because half of the population does not know that they’re being spoon-fed Gramscian-style propaganda.

Schumer is a Communist. How could he be a hypocrite? He’s doing what comes natural to Communists.

I’m not smart enough to click links before I tell people to do research.

As of June 22, 2011 there have been a total 68 VAERS reports of death among those who have received Gardasil® . There were 54 reports among females, 3 were among males, and 11 were reports of unknown gender. Thirty two of the total death reports have been confirmed and 36 remain unconfirmed due to no identifiable patient information in the report such as a name and contact information to confirm the report. A death report is confirmed (verified) after a medical doctor reviews the report and any associated records. In the 32 reports confirmed, there was no unusual pattern or clustering to the deaths that would suggest that they were caused by the vaccine and some reports indicated a cause of death unrelated to vaccination.

You know what, though?

They aren’t the type of Communist hippie that never showers, and dresses all punk rock. They are the type that knows they will be part of the “floater” class under such a system that will still have vacation homes while the rest of the dirty people will live in gray apartment blocks. Like the Politburo of the Soviet era. They *know* that what they want will result in that.

Reid, Schumer, Durbin, Pelosi, Obama, Holder, Napolitano, Emmanuel, and Sebellius are all in this class. There are others that are ineffectual or of lesser importance, but these are are the most despicable public servants in history. Really, really despicable and evil.

See, some people are just misguided, but at least they believe in their heart that what they want is right. Not these people. They have evil, black hearts and lust for power and control.

What do you do...

rowdydfw Thursday, August 4th at 10:11AM EDT (link)

When your actions have failed and you’ve run up a debt that you cannot possibly pay back by continuing those actions. You blame it on the credit card company. You try to sneak by another credit card and falsify information to get another card. You say the service you got was bad and you try to screw somebody out of their money (aka our soldiers/seniors).

But mostly, you blame somebody else. Someone so dastardly that you become afraid of them. They’re becoming violent trying to hold a gun to your head to collect their money, or make you stop spending. Just like in a marriage when one partner cuts up the credit cards in an act of frustration and the other one claims they are violent and wants a divorce.

The democrats and their socialism have failed. They’ve been failing since 1964 when they initiated their socialist Great Society. Now their chickens have come to a roost, they’ve lied and cheated so much to sustain it they have no credibility left, If they can’t spend and buy their votes, their powerbase is threatened, and they are in their last gasp death throes as Americans rise to stop them.

The very audacity of the Tea Party muck rucking around putting the truth about their activities on the table and attempting to stop the destructiveness of their great communist revolution, presents a serious threat. Yes, they are going to get more viscious, more dastardly, more corrupt, and have nothing left but a full frontal attack.

If the republicans don’t wake up and stop trying to play nicey, nicey with these people they will win.

I simply loved this: “If the Tea Party was really domestic terrorists, Obama would be wanting to pal around with us!”

Or Paul Ryan’s: ‘Let’s put a plan together to cover the moon with yogurt that will spend $5 trillion. Then tomorrow repeal it and claim we saved $5 trillion!..Only in Washington can you add up math like that!”

And the commie press

chamberD Thursday, August 4th at 1:24PM EDT (link)

. . . will report the “savings” sound-byte and bury Ryan’s truthful account of where that “savings” originates. And the moral pygmies in America will lap up the lies and not care to know the truth.

Men without conscience (Schumer), elected by moral imbeciles, themselves the product of 35 years of Dept. of Ed, aka commie, indoctrination.

The first presidential candidate that seriously addresses the closing of whole federal departments is the one who gets my vote, but not if he’s a libertarian since libertarians are clueless when it comes to the connection between moral squalor and fiscal immorality.
