President Obama’s Presidential Playpen!

Barack Obama is an incredibly insecure man. Admittedly, he has reason to be.

(Via AoSHQ) From Reno, NV… oh, isn’t this the cutest thing ever?

Obama’s got his little podium, and he’s got his little microphone, and, hey, Obama even has his Junior PotUS Presidential Seal to talk behind as he speaks to everybody on the whole blockSuch a big boy, now.  And he’ll probably be such a good President…

…once he grows up, of course.

Moe Lane (crosspost)

PS: I am insulted that Team Obama made this one so easy for me.  If those fools can’t bring their A-game, then they should just quit now and go home.

PS: I am also getting kind of tired of the fact that people have to go to the British press in order to find out anything not perfectly complimentary to the President.  For example: did people know that somebody in the audience at Obama’s campaign kickoff screamed that Romney was a traitor? – Because that story stayed buried until the Guardian mentioned it.

The freaking Guardian.

Since Barry has had a little trouble filling large venues, maybe he thought he should err on the side of caution and lower his sights a bit. Wonder how long that block was. There are only 7 houses on my block, so it might be even worse than it looks, difficult as that might be.

Re the traitor comment, the only place I saw it was on hotair.com.

  • checkmate2012

as in high school and college venues and Hollywood of course. Love your post & got a good laugh- thanks Moe!

The only traitor comment I saw was when someone tried to shout Romney down at a town speech, not Obama.

I always thought I couldn’t be embarrased by a president more that I had been by Clinton’s personall issues(Carter was before my time).

Obama will be protected just like Clinton is, but boy is he sad to see holding that office on almost a daily basis.

  • checkmate2012

BO standing on a driveway with one couple while people drive-by and don’t stop to listen! Where is the drive-by media when you need them- ha!

    Priceless!

  • ss396

That picture absolutely begs for someone (with more skills than mine) to photoshop an Etch-A-Sketch into his hands.

  • blakemoney

this mainstream media conspiracy thing. Last I checked, we have the number one news network in the country, and biggest news internet site in Drudge. The mainstream media piled on Clinton for Monica Lewinsky, and if Obama is caught with an intern, no one is going to sit on the story. They are like sharks, and if they smell blood, they will go in for the kill. The fact that kooks like James O’Keefe or Solyndra are not getting traction doesn’t necessarily mean that the press is out to protect our Socialist president. Let’s use some common sense here.

On the other hand, that does look like a playpen. Maybe instead of a teleprompter, he’s using a Fisher-Price See N’ Say!

  • The_Rebel

John Edwards was caught with a campaign worker on several occasions, and it was almost a full year after initial reports in the tabloids and new media sources before it was picked up by the MSM, and then only after Edwards finally admitted the affair to CBS news. The MSM were more like minnows, not sharks.

BTW, FoxNews may be the number one news network on cable, but that’s it. Certainly not among the major broadcast networks.

If you don’t think the press is out to protect our Socialist President, especially after the last few weeks, then you really must be living in a cave.

He finally realises that he has to save some money for his
    and Michelles vacations.
Both on different planes, with all that entails.

That stoops even further to be more of a parody than previously thought…

In my hometown in Central Mississippi, there was no story about Obama’s coming out for homosexual marriages on day one (Thursday). I thought, okay. Maybe they didn’t have the time to get it out. Next day, Friday the 12th, hidden about 6 pages in there was a story about BIDEN that only mentioned briefly Obama’s “new” marriage stance. It was BURIED. Many people read the local paper and do not pay attention to broadcast news. You could have missed this story easily. The first time that a POTUS comes out and endorses same-sex marriage and it does not warrant a headline?! It was a most infuriating thing to witness the blatant attempt to not incite God-fearing people who voted for the man before against him. How DID liberals get control of most of the print media, anyway? even in the south?!

  • mejaydu

    I meant Friday the 11th, not 12th.

Show about a hundred fifty people I guess. Maybe two hundred on the outside.

Of course this seems to me a way to prevent comparisons on if he has sold out or not now…

People notice he has empty seats, crowds with no seats… no one notices?

  • annas

Having his own seal is just the height of narcissism to me! How did we get to the point that a man can have his OWN presidential seal? It smacks of banana republic.

but I can not figure out how to post a diary. The help section says the ‘submit a new diary’ link is below the masthead, but that link is not visible for me. I thought it might be that my account is kind of new but its been close to a month if im not mistaken. The only thing the help section says is 24 hours is required on new accounts before you can post, but I assume that is for comments.

I might be completely blind and missing the link that is right in front of me, any help? Sorry again, I couldnt find a recent open thread to post in.

Blam. On Mothers’ Day, no less.

  • johnt

    Right on with that Moe.
Is the teleprompter behind that black watchamacallit in front of America’s First Midget? Or is it possible that after years of repeating the same lying drivel he can go a few minutes without one?
Rumor is that resident 2008 genius David “The Belly” Axelrod is planning to turn to Rent-A-Crowd in desperation. A decent crowd of slack jawed, germ infested, lower order primates comes at $5 per head. Plus they are trained to applaud, though sometimes their timing is off.

Behind Obama in Gallup, and back to a four point (?) lead with Rasmussen. Perhaps the “Romney is a mean homophobe” line is working after all?

But polls are meaningless before July.

  • acat

Polls are meaningless before the nominee is decided.

It looks like the Dems are going to run ol’ Barry – even though that guy in Texas did pretty well in West Virginia. I may have to pay up on a bet or two….

It looks like the GOP are going to run Romney.

With the nominees decided, polls mean a bit more than they usually would at this point… but it’s still pretty far to election day, and a LOT could happen between now and then.

Did anyone expect McCain to suspend his campaign because Lehman Brothers collapsed?

If the good Senator had actually done his homework before that…

Try looking at trends rather than standalone data points. After Obama’s “announcement,” Romney’s support rose. Look at Rasmussen’s graph over time. This isn’t that difficult.

about President Obama that the MSM in our country would never remotely consider touching in a thousand years.

Like the money trail article that came out in The Telegraph

    http://blogs.telegraph.co.uk/news/timstanley/100157393/if-you-want-to-know-why-obama-endorsed-gay-marriage-follow-the-money/

  • lineholder

who conducted any post-evolution polls during the week (or at least any that I could find) was Rasmussen.

If I was a left-leaning polling agency, I’d be a bit worried about this one, too.

  • http://908StraightSt.wordpress.com/ mbecker908

    on Ras. Plus 7.

And you’re right, an individual point is meaningless, but Romney is trending up. The thing that impresses me about that at this point is that so far only Republicans have been the receipt of negative advertising. Obama’s had a free run for six months with the exception of a couple of responses to his attacks by Romney and his wife.

  • fredflintlock

Thinking he would look spiffy in a big, grown-up sized kevlar helmet.

When I first saw this yesterday, was convinced it had to be a gag until I read through the story. It still looks photo shopped. O’s scaled all wrong, like the editor didn’t care whether it looked real or not.

  • APA Guy

But honestly, ANY lead heading into Election Day means a Romney win of varying size since undecideds will break for the challenger as they do nearly every presidential election.

I will say this: Romney needs to stay on message…and that means talking about gas prices, jobs, and the fact that taxes on working Americans will go up if Obama is re-elected. He gave the marriage issue a strong reaffirmation at Liberty..and that’s good, but let’s get the narrative back to what the voting public cares most about (including Indies, who overwhelming trust Romney more)…THE ECONOMY.

  • acat

It’s a feature of the new software – I *think* there’s a “request permission” button on the dashboard somewhere.

This is a feature of the latest code upgrade, so .. blame Neil.

hope this small step forward will eventually help him find constructive employment and move out of their garage where he sleeps in their SUV…

  • johnt

Add on’s, “I only do the good things”, or “it’ll take four more years to clean them”.
Sorry, not as funny, but I had to try.

  • JimmyGee

My beloved, but very liberal Foo Fighters did the same thing. They called it the Garage Tour after releasing their latest CD Wasting Light which was made in Dave Grohl’s, wait for it, garage. They went to several people’s garages and performed.
It was marketing genus for the Foo Fighters, very sad for Comrade Zippo. Can he get any smaller? No, really? Something tells me by the election he will….

  • jomo2009

his staff should try locating a cul-de-sac.

  • justincredible

I can’t believe you published this silly report. I consider myself mature and this is hardly a grown up conversation we should be having.

  • PowerToThePeople

considers you mature. As to the rest, you are a moron.

  • ceili_dancer

But, I do envision you riding in the short bus. As for the gist of the article, this is a little man in every sense of the word. I keep looking around the picture trying to find Greek columns or his binky (TOTUS).

  • etpietro

…is how much Obama berated these homeowners for owning an SUV.

Why do they need that car? Shouldn’t they have a Chevy Volt?

Michelle was probably inside cleaning out anything unhealthy in their fridge and pantry (confiscating it for her own use).
