I have suspected for the past few months that the confidence we have been told exists in the Obama campaign, may be a false confidence. In fact, I suspect that confidence has been manufactured by the Obama camp and their allies in the old mainstream media. Many on the left want people to believe this, in a coordinated effort by the left to discourage Republican or conservative voters. And the media has been alluding to this meme incessantly, albeit subtly. The propaganda tactic of discouraging opponents is at work & has been at work for some time. Along with numerous other subtle distortions & a multitude of distractions, the media has been carrying water for the Obama camp all along. I suspect the tactics have been working with a number of voters. Perhaps those on the right who were originally confused & led astray in the 2008 campaign & were convinced to vote for the Obama hope & change hyperbole. Some of that type exists on both sides of the aisle. They are among the small faction who can be fooled “all of the time” and perhaps even every time. These are not the undecided’s, these are the gullible. No matter, in the end, the hype will not work with as many this time around. The public is now “on to” the drivel spewed by media mouthpieces who many see as liars & propagandists. Dangerous people since also revealed these past three years is the reality that many in the media are avowed socialists, if not outright communists. The media’s belief it is appropriate for them to report or create news programs & stories that are total distortions, if not outright lies, all for the ultimate purposes of the ends justifies the means employed, is the same despicable tactic & belief many politicians hold to. Obviously, the past decades of university or collegiate indoctrination by left wing instructors & professors, all protected from responsibility by the education establishment’s ‘tenure’ system, may have been more successful than most America’s would have ever believed. In short, the polls really mean little any longer & only those polls conducted by the few seeking the truth and not an outcome to support their desires. Perhaps Dick Morris should be consulted more often. He may not like the results of his polls, but he reports them as they are. And, he seeks the methodology that provides the most direct and honest result, again, come what may. Based on the issues at hand today, I’d say Obama is toast, unless the fix really is in when it comes to who is counting the votes!!
