Joe Biden has been getting a lot of endorsements from establishment Democrats in the effort to fend off Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT).
But if you haven’t already had enough of a reason not to vote for him, the folks endorsing him is another fine reason.
There’s anti-gun extremist Beto O’Rourke who Biden just said he would put in charge of his gun control plans if he became president, Beto the guy who wants to confiscate guns.
Then there’s Obama former national security adviser Susan Rice and CIA director John Brennan who tried to sell us on Biden’s “decency,” two people really who demonstrated that they have no decency.
Now, another one of the cabal weighs in – former FBI Director James Comey.
Voted in first Dem primary to support party dedicated to restoring values in WH. I agree with @amyklobuchar: We need candidate who cares about all Americans and will restore decency, dignity to the office. There is a reason Trump fears @joebiden and roots for Bernie. #Biden2020

Notice Comey suggests the president fears Biden. I’m guessing Comey’s tweet is more about he fears Trump and what the Durham investigation may produce.
But Andrew Bates, Director of Rapid Response for Joe Biden wasn’t for accepting delivery on the package Comey was offering.
Yes, customer service? I just received a package that I very much did not order. How can I return it, free of charge? https://t.co/NK4VrYGzT1

That prompted positive and negative response on both sides of the aisle from some thinking it hilarious to others thinking that Bates and Biden should be grateful for the support from a “high profile Republican” (wait, what?).
LOL Bates

To be fair, terrible, terrible candidate.

Comey and Brennan for Biden. It’s so perfect

Imagine being so unpopular that even Joe Biden doesn’t want your endorsement. @Comey is so radioactive he maxes out the political Geiger counter https://t.co/Mq6fMOQT6h

One assumes this Biden rejection of Comey endorsement is about FBI's handling of Hillary. Someone shud ask Biden if he's OK with FBI abusing FISA, monitoring a presidential campaign. FBI cleanup is also at stake in this election.

The funny thing with the left pushing that narrative that Comey hurt Clinton is if it hadn’t been for him acting improperly and making the “prosecutorial decision” not to indict her, despite the clear evidence of her sending and receiving classified email on a private server. He saved her bacon.
Really?
A high profile Republican abandoning the party to save our nation, and you think it's the perfect opportunity to poop on it?— Rhuta Bhayga (@RhutaBhayga2) March 3, 2020
Thank you, @JohnBrennan, for kicking off this banner week of @JoeBiden’s Deep State endorsements.@Comey followed up with his “kiss of death” today.
Andrew McCabe tomorrow?#DrainTheSwamp https://t.co/iCgrlC6jRv

‘Kiss of death.’ Sounds about right.
Bates got such a negative response from everyone, he had to put this out.
I forgot the #1 rule of politics, which is that if you talk about anyone or anything related to 2016, common sense goes out the window. It was meant to be a lighthearted joke – not a rejection. We appreciate the vote of anyone repelled by Donald Trump.
— Andrew Bates (@AndrewBatesNC) March 3, 2020
So he’s basically insulting everyone with a negative response as lacking in “common sense.”
Nice job there, Biden team…
