WATCH: President of the Dominican Republic Drops What Looks Like Wicked Troll on Biden

We see a lot of gaffes and incoherence from Joe Biden in front of the cameras, in the press briefings, and in the photo ops that the White House has for him with world leaders.

But I've often wondered what must he be messing up when he's meeting with them behind the scenes that we aren't getting to see and how embarrassing he must be performing there as well.

We saw earlier this week that Biden slurred his way through comments about the other leaders during the open part of the meeting.  He even called Justin Trudeau "Prime Minister Joe" and tripped over another president's name. That doesn't exactly win friends and influence people as to your power or ability to get things right.

The contrast between him and the president of the Dominican Republic Luis Abinader was marked. Abinader has notes, but he barely glances at them as he speaks like a normal leader would. His voice is vibrant and he understands what he's saying. Then there's Joe, completely reliant upon his notes, sounding lifeless, and who knows if he has any real understanding of what he is saying.

But the funny part is at the end, that is picked up in this clip.  Abinader said he looked forward to welcoming Biden to the next Summit of the Americas in 2025, where they will continue to pursue the things that bind the two nations together -- "prosperity, security, and democracy."  Then comes the zing.

"And that Summit will be in Punta Cana, so you'll have time to be on the beach," Abinader declared.

Virtually everyone on the internet thought he was trolling Biden with that remark.

How embarrassing that that's what Biden is known for -- being on the beach -- and someone's willing to take a potential shot at him to his face. Unfortunately, the whole world knows about his issues and that he's spent so much of his time in office at the beach. He has emboldened our enemies and those who wish us ill because they know of his weakness. Even as a massive crowd showed up at the White House on Saturday night shouting "Allahu Akbar, shaking the gates, scaling the fences, and waving the Palestinian flag, Biden was at the beach.

But the comment seems to go right over Joe Biden's head. He laughs and smiles, without any understanding that it might be a shot.

The internet wasn't letting it go by and let Biden have it.

But chances that he will still be in the White House for that Summit in Punta Cana in 2025 are not good.

World leaders can see things but so can the voters too, and they'll be making themselves heard from in 2024.

We're already seeing him in deep trouble in critical battleground states like Michigan and with Arab Americans in a new poll. He can't afford to lose any groups that would traditionally vote Democrat and many of them seem to be walking away from him.  But those significant numbers of those groups appear to be slipping away from Biden.
