Stand Up With Ted Cruz

From the diaries.

It’s decision time in Texas. The last hours of the contest to name the next United States Senator are running down and the choice for Texans couldn’t be more clear.

Ted Cruz is our man.

Erick wrote just the other day about the need for conservatives to open their wallets to help Ted win this battle against establishment moderate David Dewhurst. Polls and financial reports show the Cruz campaign surging forward in every dimension but time is short and the stakes are high.

Texas conservatives are standing up to send Ted Cruz to Washington but we need your help!

Here’s what we need you to do: Call Texans and help us spread the word about why they need to vote for Ted Cruz!

How you’re going to do it: Go to Votergravity.com/TedCruz and click “Connect with Facebook.” You’ll be logged into our Gravity Phone-Bank Portal. On screen instructions will guide you through the process of getting ready to call and within moments you can be contacting Texas voters.

You can either call with your own phone or using our Gravity Phone, straight from your computer. The script will pop up on the screen and you will be able to easily click the answers and input the voter responses. If a voter other than the targeted voter answers the phone, you can click their name in the household voter list to let the system know who you’re talking to. (For more answers about how to use Gravity see this blog post)

We need your help!

Whether you can do one call or one thousand, it’s time to make sure we send a strong conservative to Washington, not just another go-along-get-along Republican. Ted Cruz is our man and with your help he’ll be our next United States Senator from Texas!

He step in it in Florida, endorsing Crist over Rubio. Maybe he’s learned something….finally. Cornyn has’nt been a consistent conservative himself.

As far as I can tell, Cronyn has stayed away from the current Senate race. At least the public endorsement part.

No doubt the Washington Examiner article today exposed the Dewcrist supporters in a way Texans needed to see. I

Cruz is under fire for choosing to represent one of the masterminds in Pennsylvania’s Cas for Kids juvenile detention judicial corruption case. He failed at the appeal to make Traveler’s Insurance pay the judgement against Mericle. Mericle pled guilty to tax evasion in the case, was sued by the victim’s families in civil court and lost. He lost the first go round when suing Traveler’s, so he hired Cruz for the appeal. Cruz’ response? “The victim in this case was the IRS. It wasn’t the kids.”

Someone should point out that we’re all victims of tax fraud. But more importantly, the money Cruz tried to collect was for the teens that went to prison because his client helped corrupt judges.

As the Federal judges who ruled against Cruz said, insurance isn’t for penalties for felonies.

    …and swiftly dismissed.

Oh, and see Freedoms Truth’s rebuttal below, you shameless RINO shill.

Got this crom Cruz campaign, rebutting Dewhurst’s latest smears …

The Facts on Dewhurst’s Pennsylvania Prison Scandal Lies:

    1. Ted had no involvement whatsoever with any criminal proceedings involving Robert Mericle or the Pennsylvania prison scandal.
    2. Ted has always been completely transparent about his clients

    excerpt:
The developer, Robert Mericle, pleaded guilty in 2009 to felony charges stemming from what prosecutors said were illegal kickbacks paid to two state judges who sent juveniles into his private detention facilities. Mericle became a star witness for prosecutors and is still awaiting sentencing, according to news reports.

Cruz, a highly paid appellate lawyer, did not represent Mericle in any criminal matter. He represented the developer in an appeal of his lawsuit against Travelers Insurance Co., which refused to pay out any money to help settle scores of civil claims arising from the scandal.

Just like our pal in the White House tossing spaghetti against the refrigerator, Dewhurst’s people are in full-blown desperation mode.

I can SMELL the panic…just like I smelled the panic here in Indiana just before the primary where Mourdoch whipped Lugar every which way from Sunday.

I havn’t seen one positive post on Dewhurst from her,
but alot of negative ones on Cruz.

What did Obama say, If you can’t run on your record,
attack your opponet, or something like that.

(if she did post a positive for Dewhurst, I havn’t seen it)

  • commonsenseobserver

I bet Dewhurst hasn’t been pulling Cruz videos off youtube on copyright grounds.

and all of you who have helped get the word out to help Cruz! We do need all hands on deck. Early voting starts on 7/23 and we need to get our grassroots to the polls in droves. Hopefully the old guard GOP supporting Dewworst are off in their rv’s and won’t vote. If you want to make calls, go to tedcruz.org and proceed from there. Anyone with the campaign will help you get started. Cruz will be another strong Conservative voice in the senate to join the likes of Jim Demint, Rand Paul, Mike Lee, etc. Lets make sure Ted goes to Washington!

lets send jim demint some more conservative help.
