Kenneth Stokes, a Mississippi councilman in Jackson Ward 3, apparently takes issue with authorities in other jurisdictions making their way into Jackson to chase misdemeanor suspects. He wants them to stay out. He also has quite a bold idea to achieve this goal.

Stokes suggests that black leaders get together and throw rocks, bricks, and bottles at police officers from nearby jurisdictions to “send a message that we don’t want you in here.”  Because violence and assault are always wise ways to solve problems. Watch the video below:
