#1 - Fani Willis Is in Full Panic Mode — by Bonchie

Nothing makes me cringe more than when a politician who has obviously engaged in immoral acts starts using God as a prop to defend their behavior. That is exactly what Willis is doing. Instead of taking responsibility for the fact that she allegedly had an affair and then hired her "lover" to be a special counsel in a completely improper and unethical fashion, she's citing God and playing the victim.

It'd be different if Willis was apologetic, or in a religious context, repentant. She hasn't shown an ounce of contrition, though. Instead, she's doing what Democrat politicians who aren't white always do: Claim racism.

#2 - Yikes: Unfortunate Sign Placement for Jill Biden During High School Visit in Utah — by Sister Toldjah

One stop she made Tuesday was at a West Valley City (just outside of Salt Lake City) high school, where she discussed the importance of educator well-being:

“Never underestimate your power or your worth,” she said. “Right now, someone out there is a better thinker because of you. Someone is working a little harder because you pushed them to try. Someone is braver because you helped her find her courage. There is something profoundly optimistic about education. To answer this call of service in itself, I think, is an act of hope. But I know that sometimes it feels like the weight is too much to carry for one person to take on alone.”

"... we are working to honor this profession and give you the support you deserve – because there is no greater calling than educating the future," she also said.

The name of the school was... Hunter High School, and while the signs on display all around Jill Biden during her stop there read "Hunter High School," some of the photos and videos didn't capture the "School" part:

#3 - Ohio SWAT Team Raids Wrong House, Seriously Injures Baby With Flashbang Grenade, Denies Responsibility — by Jeff Charles

In the aftermath of the raid, it was revealed that law enforcement had targeted the wrong home, and tragically, their actions resulted in the baby sustaining injuries. The events that unfolded left the family shaken and seeking justice for Waylon’s suffering.

Price told RedState that she had been staying with her aunt Redia and her husband for one week before the incident occurred. She recounted her experience, describing how she stood petrified as the police burst into her aunt Redia’s home, throwing a flashbang grenade into the residence and breaking windows. She was feeding her son, who has a condition requiring the use of a G-tube because he cannot eat by mouth. A little after 2 pm, she “started hearing very loud pings on the door,” and went to see what was happening.

#4 - Tucker Carlson Takes Down Nikki Haley With Brutal Video — by Nick Arama

But he warned that Haley might do better in New Hampshire, that she had been spending far more money than Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis there. She also has the support of N.H. Gov. Chris Sununu.  He said a lot of Haley's money came from "committed Democratic partisans." She's gotten money from people like Democratic megadonor Reid Hoffman, who has been a supporter of Joe Biden, a friend of Jeffrey Epstein, and the guy who funded the E. Jean Carroll lawsuit. He's also been a donor to American Bridge,

Carlson said that Haley wasn't a conservative and he walked through the reasons why. He pointed to her Aspen Institute comments, which he said indicated that she was weak in dealing with the illegal alien crisis. He also didn't think she had a conservative reaction to the BLM riots. He also hit her on spending for Ukraine and her position on climate change as well. Perhaps most of all, Carlson was disturbed by her position that people should register to be on social media which he hit as not a conservative position.

#5 - What Was That About a Deep State? Check Out These Plans to Deal With Trump If He Wins — by Nick Arama

According to an NBC report, the powers that be are already trying to work to put Trump in check. People talk about the deep state. Check out what they're saying here, it's something else. They're worried that Trump may win so the unelected people want to thwart how the elected representative of the people might exercise his power.

Now, bracing for Trump’s potential return, a loose-knit network of public interest groups and lawmakers is quietly devising plans to try to foil any efforts to expand presidential power, which could include pressuring the military to cater to his political needs.

Those taking part in the effort told NBC News they are studying Trump’s past actions and 2024 policy positions so that they will be ready if he wins in November. That involves preparing to take legal action and send letters to Trump appointees spelling out consequences they’d face if they undermine constitutional norms.

“We’re already starting to put together a team to think through the most damaging types of things that he [Trump] might do so that we’re ready to bring lawsuits if we have to,” said Mary McCord, executive director of the Institution for Constitutional Advocacy and Protection at Georgetown Law.

The post on X about the story has more than 2 million views, far more than a normal NBC post, because many were very concerned about what the article was revealing.
