LIVE: New Hampshire Primary Results

Townhall Media

It's Primary Day in New Hampshire, and we're about to find out who voters in the Granite State are backing to be the GOP nominee. With only former President Donald Trump and former South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley left in the race now, the main question is whether Haley has enough momentum and/or support from Democrat and Independent voters in the state to make any meaningful gains on Trump, who, per the latest polling, appears set to all but seal the deal on the nomination.

The Democrats are holding their primary, too, even though the DNC has decided to punish them for daring to hold with their first-in-the-nation tradition rather than standing back to allow South Carolina to snag that position. What may make the Democrat side of things interesting Tuesday evening is the fact that incumbent President Joe Biden didn't bother to register in the state, so his name isn't on the ballot. Voters who wish to show their support for Biden will have to write in his name, a point that challenger Dean Phillips of Minnesota has been hammering home with New Hampshirites. And, of course, self-help guru Marianne Williamson is also on the ballot for the Democrats.
