'60 Minutes' Gets Caught Red-Handed After Interview With 'Misinformation Expert'

Starbird is nothing but a leech, suckling at the government teet to push a political agenda, and "60 Minutes" remains a joke for not being honest about her background.

Biden Gets Heckled in Raleigh and Folds Like a Cheap Camera

He also seemed completely confused, forgetting that Kamala was with him on the stage. He said he was waiting for her to come out when she was already out there with him.

The 'Chris Cuomo Goes on Extremely Salty Rant Against Mika and Joe' Moment You've Been Waiting For

I must admit that I did not have "Chris Cuomo scorches Joe Scarborough and Mika Brzezinski over NBC News drama" on my bingo card for this week, but I am so here for it.

WHAT'S ON TAP?

Today on Capitol Hill...

All quiet on the Capitol Hill front (relatively speaking) as Easter recess continues. (I'm sure there will be some news emanating from our esteemed members of Congress on Wednesday — there's just nothing formally scheduled at this point.)

White House What's Up

President Joe Biden returned to D.C. Tuesday evening after several campaign events in North Carolina. Currently, there's nothing on his public schedule for Wednesday. Perhaps he'll spend the day reminiscing about his stellar performance in N.C.

Full Court Press...

Hunter Biden is due in court in California on Wednesday (or at least his legal team is) to argue pre-trial motions ahead of his June 20 trial on tax evasion charges

The Supreme Court is set to hear oral argument on two more cases Wednesday:

  1. Erlinger v. United States — At issue: Whether the Constitution requires a jury trial and proof beyond a reasonable doubt to find that a defendant's prior convictions were "committed on occasions different from one another," as is necessary to impose an enhanced sentence under the Armed Career Criminal Act, 18 U.S.C. § 924(e)(1).
  2. Connelly v. United States — At issue: Whether the proceeds of a life-insurance policy taken out by a closely held corporation on a shareholder in order to facilitate the redemption of the shareholder's stock should be considered a corporate asset when calculating the value of the shareholder's shares for purposes of the federal estate tax.

MORNING MUSING

Alright. I know this is going to rub some people the wrong way, but after watching the RFK Jr. announcement regarding his vice presidential selection (Nicole Shanahan) Tuesday afternoon, I have a confession to make: No. I'm not voting for them. I do agree with maybe 50 percent of their positions — but the ones on which I disagree, I really disagree. BUT... the old me — the liberal Democrat me of way back in my 20s and early 30s (which, sadly, was a long time ago) — would have voted for them in a heartbeat over Biden/Harris. That's bad news for the Dems; good news for the GOP — if they can manage not to royally screw things up between now and November.
