#1 - Hilarious: Climate Activist Humiliated by Sen. Kennedy Reveals What Dems Said to Him Afterward — by Nick Arama

Kennedy was unfailingly polite and just asked him some simple questions about carbon dioxide in the atmosphere. He also just reminded him of some of the things he'd posted in the past on social media on such topics as "defund the police'" that Schumacher said he wasn't able to remember.

It was a great example of the vacuousness of many of the Democratic witnesses. It appeared that they threw him up there just because he was a skier and looked nice, and they had no idea if he knew anything or if he could answer questions. It said so much about the Democrats.

#2 - Marco Rubio Leaves Jonathan Karl Spluttering As He Lays Out Successes of Trump Versus Failures of Biden — by Susie Moore

Then their discussion turned to the recent rumors that former President Donald Trump may be eyeing Rubio as a potential running mate.

That's when things took a somewhat humorous (albeit darkly humorous) turn, with Karl expressing utter disbelief that Rubio would want to associate himself in any way with the Bad Orange Man or could possibly lay blame at the feet of President Joe Biden for much of the chaos we're seeing at present.

Watch as Karl splutters in the face of Rubio's deft portrayal of the stunning contrast between the two administrations:

#3 - '60 Minutes' Gets Caught Red-Handed After Interview With 'Misinformation Expert' — by Bonchie

To clarify, Community Notes on X is not run by the social media company itself. As the name suggests, users of the platform suggest notes, and only notes with enough consensus are placed on posts to add context or offer a correction. There is no system whereby self-proclaimed "misinformation researchers" get to "flag" posts and then have their commentary added on demand by the powers that be.

So is Starbird lying about the Community Notes system or is she just ignorant of how it works? Either way, the fact that she's complaining on "60 Minutes" about it as an "expert" does nothing for her credibility. Sure enough, it has now been revealed that Starbird is actually a Joe Biden donor who has received grants from his administration and worked with the DHS on censoring so-called "misinformation."

#4 - Fani Willis Delivers a New Threat to Donald Trump, Sets Up a Constitutional Crisis — by Bonchie

Despite Willis' tough talk, she has actually been slowed down. It's unlikely the Georgia-based trial will happen before the November election at this point, which leads to a big question: What happens if Trump wins and then this vindictive, political prosecutor still garners a conviction in a county with a heavily left-wing jury pool?

There's no easy answer to that. Whether a president can pardon himself is an open question, though one that would likely be answered in the affirmative. Whether a president can pardon himself from a state-level conviction is another issue and one that has no precedent. On its face, the answer appears to be no.

So what then? Are Fulton County authorities going to head to Washington to battle the Secret Service and take Trump into custody?

#5 - Biden Gets Heckled in Raleigh and Folds Like a Cheap Camera — by Nick Arama

"Be patient with them," Biden continued, apparently saying that to the people dealing with the activists. "They have a point."

What point would that be, Joe? Throwing a lifeline out to Hamas terrorists? Biden did that himself with his UN Security Council vote. And now he's doing it again by giving these activists any credence. That's the weak guy we have occupying the office now. He will bend over for these folks because he doesn't really support our ally, and he thinks he needs the left's votes. He doesn't want to lose Michigan in the election, and Trump is now up in the polling there, too.
