One of the features of RedState is that frequently, diarists become front page contributors. Bonchie joined the RedState in March 2017 and quickly established himself as a diarist who drew attention.

Bonchie brings private sector management and consulting experience as he spent several years in Washington D.C. working on various projects and running a successful business. He and his family now live in the southern United States. Bonchie says that he strives to be fair in his writings and recognizes that there are rarely perfect choices in politics. His goal is to be able to defend his conclusions in a non-Bulwarkian way…that is, with a straight face.
