FreedomWorks National Political Director Russ Walker and VP of Public Policy Max Pappas will be moderating a debate between RNC Chair candidates Gentry Collins, Chris Healy, Saul Anuzis, and Ann Wagner will be in attendance.

Maria Cino confirmed but backed out at the last minute according to Frum Forum.

I like Ann and possibly Saul so far.

See if you can get a question up regarding net neutrality. Saul is good with tech but he supposedly supported NN. If true that is bad

This would be a good time to confirm either way about their take on NN and talk abou their use of net to campaign GOTV etc.

… Is that we shouldn’t even know what they stand for. They should put their head down, raise money, and get Republican elected in the general. The end.

After watching the full debate, from these four, I would probably go with Saul.

But we should at least be confident that they embrace conservatism and are serious about limiting government. Party over principle is what got Republicans in the dog house to begin with.

We don’t need a Chairman who will go to bat for any more Arlen Specter’s, Charlie Crist’s or Lisa Murkowski’s. Put up with them if they win the primary and you’re stuck with them, fine, but don’t openly embrace these ticking liberal time-bombs and then act all surprised when they blow up in your face.

Hair!!!

Sorry, but Ann needs to have a serious make-over. Her hair detracts from whatever it is that she’s saying. It takes a while to get past it.

Women need to look pulled together, sorry to say. Hillary is looking like a drowned rat again, after that really great hair style she sported all through the campaign. It’s hard to see a woman who isn’t pulled together as a serious candidate. Ann needs to get off the copper makeup and egg-beater hair. She looks like a real estate agent right now.

She may be a solid conservative with good ideas (she sounded a bit like a squish to me), but she won’t be heard over her hair.

So, her hair and clothes look fine on her twitter site. Hope that is her normal way of presenting herself. I’m encouraged.
