RNC Protester On Tearing The System Down

The below video is a “conversation” between an interviewer with Revealing Politics and a very angry bandanna. Bandanna says “choice A” and “choice B”, presumably the Republicans and Democrats, are fighting for the same things and “lying openly to the American people”. He cites the constitution to express his belief that the whole system should be abolished and replaced, which is not really surprising, as | Read More »

The Truly Massive ALEC Protests (Video)

The way the media is covering the ALEC protests, you would imagine they were about as huge as the OWS protests (which were also by and large pathetically attended in comparison to the TEA Party protests but endlessly hyped by the media). Turns out, maybe not so much. Check out this video from Ben Howe about the truly massive anti-ALEC posts in Charlotte: I hope | Read More »

Where was the push-back on the Paul Ryan Georgetown speech?

(H/T Instapundit) Let me show you this picture: it’s from House Ways/Means [Budget**] chair Paul Ryan’s speech this morning (04/26/2012) at Georgetown.  Specifically, it’s the protest at Georgetown: Picture via John McCormack (via Twitchy): John is also noting that there weren’t many protesters inside, either, and that things went off without a hitch.  Which is, of course, the way that these things should go; and | Read More »

Pro-Choice, Anti-Fracking Protesters– Santorum “More Dangerous” than Romney

According to a boisterous group of protesters chanting outside of a Chillicothe, OH Santorum campaign stop, Romney is less “dangerous” than Santorum.  The Occupy sympathizers listed a myriad of grievances against Santorum including his support of “fracking”, opposition to Obamacare, vocal pro-life advocacy and support for entitlement reform. Based on Romney’s policy stances as governor of Massachusetts, Romney may indeed be “less dangerous” than Santorum– | Read More »

CPAC Protester Brain Freeze Over Simple Question

oday, outside CPAC’s annual meeting at Washington’s Marriott Wardman Park, union supporters and Occupy DC activists gathered to protest. One lady wearing an Occupy DC lapel pin proudly displayed a sign stating “Walmart for President.” Although given multiple opportunities to explain what her sign meant, she stumbled aimlessly for the right words, eventually stating, “I’m going to have to think about that.”

California, You’d Better Wake Up… Soon!

So while you were California dreaming… that’s if you still had a California job, that’s if your company hasn’t had to pull up stakes and head for business-friendly territory out of the increasingly repressive governance of (Red) Jerry Brown and his equally (red) state legislature, better known, perhaps, as Ali Brownee and the sixty-seven banditos… the 43 Republicans in the legislature, for the most part, | Read More »

    Syria firing on funerals/protests.

The line between the two can get blurry in the Middle East, but it’s being reported that the Assad regime have escalating what has been a steadily-deteriorating situations in Syria.  The death toll from yesterday is… well, Syria is keeping foreign reporters out, which makes getting an accurate count correct; but what is getting out is consistent with the Syrians using lethal means to enforce | Read More »

This is what WI Democrats look like.

I apologize in advance for the foul language that this Democratic shill for Big Labor – or Big Labor lackey for Democrats, if that makes any difference at this point – in the video below used while verbally attacking a fourteen year old girl (Tricia Willoughby); but it’s important that people see what the Republican party, the Tea Party movement, and conservatives in general are | Read More »

Protesters Storm Capitol in Wisconsin (Video)

The MacIver Institute’s Bill Osmulski was in the thick of it in Wisconsin tonight as protesters rushed into the state capitol building, protesting that the state is now one of 25 others to limit collective bargaining rights for public employees — placing them far ahead of the bargaining rights of federal workers and workers in other states. For actual analysis on what went down, read | Read More »

IMPOTUS TO DISSENTERS: My Union Thugs Can Beat Your Old Ladies

We don’t really have a President of the United States anymore, despite the fact that the putative president, Barack Obama, is still living in the White House with all the trappings of the presidency. IMPOTUS, an acronym I’ve coined for “I am the President of the United States,” as Mr. Obama so often says of himself, (he did it again in a speech last Thursday) | Read More »
